    Hello sir. I'd like to ask a few questions.
    Calories.
    Requirements 1500 - 2000 cal/day.
    A cup of oat flour - 400cal.
    Mass gainer - 12cal
    Whey protein - ....
    Almond milk - 80cal
    Premier protein - 160cal
    Almond flour cookies - 150cal
    Total: 900cal.
    Protein.
    Requirements: 1g/lb.
    A cup of oat flour - 11g protein.
    Mass gainer - 24g
    Whey protein - 24g
    Almond milk -....
    Premier protein - 30g
    Almond flour cookies - 2g
    Total: 91g of protein.
    Carbs.
    Requirements: 2-3g/lb
    A cup of oat flour - 80g carbs.
    Mass gainer - 5g carbs.
    Whey protein -1.1g
    Almond milk -...
    Premier protein -
    Almond flour cookies -..
    Total: 86g of carbs.
    Supplemented with basic foods like rice, spaghetti, macaroni.......
    What does anyone think about this 1 month bulking plan

      Whey is a milk derivative, which some say that it feeds microbes. Also, why aren't there any fruits & veggies listed? Is it bc listing them is unnecessary or bc you don't consume any? If you don't consume any, your missing out on a plethora of beneficial nutrients

      I mean tho it seems a good amout of food but the total calories in is just too less that what an active human being burns.
      And when it comes to bulking or cutting, it's simply about calories in and calories out.
      This is just my opinion tho, correct me if I am mistaken (I am in process of gaining knowledge about fitness)

      900 calories are like pizza without pizza dough
      Even for a normal Human Being 900 calories are way to less

      I was skinny most my life ..I started working out in my 30s. I took supplements & ate alot.
      My youngest son is skinny - 26 yrs old.
      Your metabolism will change , gaining weight will come.
      I tell my son that as well.

    Fish is also high in protein. The sardines i eat has 22g of protein in one serving and also comes in olive oil which is healthy

      THAT SUCKS IM SORRY. im autistic and have a really narrow diet so i basically only eat dairy, pasta, and vegetables (nuts and nut butters too). i would genuinely die if i had to cut those out of my diet 😭

      You could try unrefrigerated protein shakes, some of those don’t have lactose because it’s made with fake milk.
      But not being able to drink milk when trying to gain weight is a problem, just try more things like putting powder in orange juice or something

      You need some sort of Protein drink to not be skinny, try getting some Chocolate protein powder and put it in some milk 2 times per day, it makes milk so much better and I don’t like milk

      Not a must but sure helps out when missing meals.
      That whey protein mixed with o.j. , fruits and such is addicting.
      Just a great supplement vs candy when you get a sweet tooth.
