I like both actually.... I'd hate to think they'd ever abandon these brilliant live videos in favour of solely the more glossy videos, which I also love. I guess it's a matter of time. As they get bigger, and more successful, I wonder if they'll devote as much time to creating these fun arrangements... I do hope so :o)

i know kevin has worked with kurt before so at the very least i know they know of each other. at this point i imagine its just scheduling issues that's keeping them from doing it
giggityguy ya they teamed up for i wanna say "Little Talks". Kevin with his beat-cello mazing. But he's right. If all 5 of PTX and Sam, Kurt, Max, and the various other's Kurt has had, all together. That's be 10+ people. And the creativeness of Kurt and PTX. Mind-blown...
giggityguy The reason Kevin has worked with Kurt is because they both went to Yale and were friends in college!
PTX, however, can't work with Kurt for a few reasons:
1. Kurt wants to do the audio work, PTX's label forbids it
2. Kurt can't really bring anything to the group, as all of his music is NOT a cappella. What would he do? Sing decent baritone?
3. There isn't really a motive for them to work together. Sure it'd be awesome, but PTX already has such a good online following that they don't need to team up with others to succeed.

The other day, someone came up to me at lunch and told me that Pentatonix could go without Kirstie. After having a ten minute debate, I finally slapped him and walked away.
I think that we as a fandom don't give Kevin and Kirstie enough credit. Without them, Pentatonix wouldn't be Pentatonix. They'd be just a trio of people singing on some street corner. And WE wouldn't have the amazing music that we do. Who's with me?

Lorde and/or Zedd medley. Please.Lorde has a lot of percussion and deep parts in her songs which would be good for Kevin and Avi, and also she harmonizes in her songs with high pitched parts which would be good for Kirstie and Mitch.
Zedd does mostly electronic with guest voices, and I think you could really make a good medley like you did with Daft Punk. :)
