சமையல் Windows க்கு ஒரு window ல் லே left top 1/2, botoom 1/2 door , right window top 1/2 , bottom 1/2 door இருந்தால் bottom window வை மூடி வைத்து(சமையல் போது இடைஞ்சல் இல்லாமல் இருக்க) top door open செய்து வைக்க ஏதுவாக இருக்கும். நிறைய ஆச்சாரிகள்(engineer கள்) ,ஓனர்கள் பணம் குறைக்கிறோம் என்ற கணக்கில் இரண்டு full door மட்டும் செய்கிறார்கள்.

A sink or any wash basin should need a trap - bottle trap, s trap, p trap any model & installed by a qualified plumber to avoid foul odor . Placing sink below window won't have any effect on the odor coming through the sink.
Also pls dont just be vague on those topics that you are dealing in your videos.
A kitchen needs a work triangle - cooking point, work table, sink should be placed like a triangle so that the person can reach all three from a single point. There are anthropometry standards which any one can follow to design a better kitchen.

@@tpl3585 boss.. chimney or ventilator works by sucking air to let it out, so there is should be an enclosed volume for it to work properly. If a chimney is place above or near a window it can't suck the hot air or smoke properly since the window also serves the same purpose passively.

If the window is near chimney the pushed air will again come in through the window

I have green marble kitchen platform which is quite old, so want to replace it with granite. My Mason says he can directly put the granite on the marble and fix it with an adhesive. No good points . First point is very bad. You civil engineers come up with such bad ideas and women suffer in the kitchen. Kitchen counter top la irundhu if i have to pick wastes i can just slide them down. Your design will create more accumulation of waste in the corners and difficult to clean.
