Very very good excellent information with good presentation boss .....i have constructed newly house in b'glore so i want to share few kitchen improvement tips:
1. Kitchen counter top if you are going for granite then please put 1.5inch min thickness because when cutting around the sink the small granite material will break. Once it breaks the working people will tell that they will put Araldite paste which will be there for lifetime. Dont believe them. Please spend some extra cash for the good thickness granite countertops because kitchen is daily use. Dont be convinced by contractor/builder in this matter. Dont allow them to put low thickness granite. Demand for good thickness granite. I am begging you to listen to my advice.
2. Also the granite piece at the bottom of the shelf door should go inside for leg toe accomodation & not protuding outside the door.
