The thing that separates guys like Ed Reed from others is even if he didn't like how the program was being run he didn't stop giving it his all. He left everything on the field everytime.

John really doesn't get enough credit for the culture hes built in Baltimore. Hes up there with Mike Tomlin, always been a reliable coach, team is usually good, and you never hear a bad word spoken about him from players or media. Hes got my respect

Built a great relationship with Ed....yet didn't push to keep him in town after SB. Should Ed have retired with Ray? Yes. But he wanted to play one more year. It wouldn't have killed Baltimore to let him play that last year as a Raven. Especially considering our safety situation was abysmal after he left (and they chased Pollard out of town).
Point is, Reed never should have played for any other team, ever.

He shoykd and have played out his final yrs in bmore but its ovee n done with now. You can guarantee that not only will he be on the ravens hof he will be a first ballad hof the sec he is eligible.
