Hi Judy! The context is one of the many sophomoric challenges/pranks that were staples of the I kveld med Ylvis talkshow. Vegard had 3 challenges and he succeeded at 2 😂

The moment Tore Tang was sung in Vestlandet dialect, most Norwegians probably realized that this was someone completely different from Josh Groban.
