He is alone there out on the schoolyard imagining a way to beat the bullies, and then he comes up with this thought of him and some his nice classmates being this successfull a capella band. If you look at the end, doesn't the kids look a bit like child versions of the band? Ylvis has also made a fun spoof on a life on set video to this one, check it out: "Ylvis - a capella (behind the scenes)". In that Bård (or his character in this) says "I remember when I was a little boy dreaming about one day becoming this good looking pop star". Your pronounciation of Ylvis was totally fine, and that's probably how most English-speaking people would say it. But if you wish to improve it and learn how to say Y like a Scandinavian here is a little tip. Stand in front of the mirror and say Ylvis like you did. Look at the corners of your mouth, they are wide apart, and what comes out sounds like "Ilvis". Keep saying it, but make your mouth small, like a little "kiss mouth" in the beginning of the word. Now you're suddenly saying "Ylvis" instead!
+Quirentia Like the umlauts in German- where the U with dots is make a U sound-shape and then make an E sound instead WITH that shape :) I can do umlauts, I studied German for 4 years and worked in Germany for 2 years in the USAF and spoke German with the natives :)

A much funnier one (in my opinion anyways) is "I'll Never Be in Pentatonix" (here's the link: czcams.com/video/cwKlCKEBwfg/video.html) There's not really any video (just text) but it's absolutely hilarious! ...and pretty accurate of the pentaholic struggle lol

HOW many people tried to check out my channel- and had to say "Well, too bad. Onto the next one instead," because they got sent to nowheresville? Great! Yes, the Scandinavian "Y" in Ylvis is pronounced like the German "Ü", so if you pronounce it like Ülvis you are very close.
They are brothers and spent time in Africa growing up, so I wouldn't be shocked if the reference to the soft drink is valid :)
