He came to our culinary class at srjc...he couldn’t be nicer and was honest...he had black hair at the time...certainly enjoy all he had to offer...and when we have a disaster in Sonoma County he is the first to help!
i met him on a school field trip in 7th grade! he was so cool and nice, he nuggied some of us and let the girls touch his hair 😂🤣 so friendly and warm; he was filming an episode as well but he stopped to actually talk to us and entertain us.

I think the only "problem" in their relationship is that Lori is not a big fan of being on camera. She is quite lovely and a great Mom, and I am sure that Guy adores her.... And as much as I want to see her on camera, I respect her privacy.... Hunter seems just like his dad... Camera please!

I don't understand how anybody could hate on this lovable fireball of the cooking world. He has helped bring businesses and even made most, if not all, of the restaurants he visited become famous and even more successful. And he is obviously every bit the loving family man as shown by his well-mannered sons and the support of his entire family. If there's any critique I can give, is I wonder out loud if he ever is gonna be competing against the other chefs himself. He has the same celebrity chefs competing over and over again in Flavortown. I'd like to see him compete somewhere since I didn't see the Food Network season that he won.
And don't forget, he made a celebrity and a financial success of the late Carl "The Cuban" Ruiz.

How many food health inspection his restaurants fail? LMBO, I'm a retired executive chef, I stop eating out 2 1/2 decades ago, cook my own food. haven't had any food poison or stomach bug since.

The truth? Knew Guido back in the 90s. There are more layers here but he and Lori have weathered some storms and I respect that. When I went through my divorce he would call and say go hug a tree and count to 30. That level of celibrity brings some major challenges to a relationship. They are good people and have found a balance. More power to them and the Fam.
