Vote blue from the top of the ballot all the way to the bottom and every judge that's elected and DA's. I don't recognize the country I was born and raised in. At the rate this is going it will take a minimum of 2 possibly 3 generations to right the wrongs and those to come.

The ridiculous lawsuits filed by Conservative lawsuits deserve to be mocked, but with so many conservative radicals in the judiciary and the most corrupt SCOTUS in history, we must take them seriously at the same time. And vote. Get your friends and families to vote. Talk to coworkers and even total strangers about voting, if the opportunity arises. When we vote, we win.

The ISL is unworkable on it’s face. If state courts are barred from ruling on disputes of state election laws, then how will state election laws be upheld at all? If people disagree about what a law means, what is the mechanism to resolve that dispute if courts can’t make rulings?

There's a good reason the framers of your constitution decided in 1792, to separate the powers of government into the three functions of legislature (law making), executive (administrative) and judicial (law interpretation). While the theory has stood you in fairly reasonable stable democracy, the practice has failed to move with the times.
Consequently, you're stuck with the outdated, anachronistic Electoral College system, an overly centralised executive with power beyond what was intended, and a judicial system that has become politicised.
The intent of the framers was clear from the language used, that political power DEVOLVES from the people to those SELECTED to govern, to give effect to the policies the PEOPLE want. In short, they intended local government as supreme authority, with only selected areas of government reserved for regional government/state government, and still less areas - the absolute minimum - left for central government.
In other words, government was always intended to be at the closest level to the individual as practicable.
What you've actually got is a horse - or a monstrosity - of a different colour.
You've ended up with an elected dictatorship chosen every four years, by an electoral system that isn't representative of the will of the majority. You have an executive that assumes power way beyond anything intended. And you've got an unrestrained judiciary that is highly partisan and corrupt to boot.
Good luck reforming that pig fest.
If you really want to try, start with proportional representation, then vest power with local government, leaving state government for only those areas of government that can't be done locally, and strictly limiting federal government to only those things that affect the country as a whole. As for your judiciary, remove their power and restrict it to specific areas. Local justices decide local issues within the framework, and state justices are limited to state issues, and so to federal justices. Have SCOTUS limited to just constitutional issues alone - nothing else.
Only GOP states like the Independant State Legislature Theory. I say let them have it. Remove all of their Fed, Infrastructure and FEMA funding from us taxpayers; more for us. And comprises more than 50% of GDP in alot of these states. If 1864 is what they want, so shall it be.
