It's actually something that happens quite a lot with characters that have to get too close to jiggs to hit her, assuming the combos aren't totally true.

When I use jigglesmcpuff, I can't figure out the hitbox of small characters. Jiggles is a weird character to play.
So it's no more "God like"?
Has basemage ever beaten a higher ranked player? I remember he almost beat tweek and a couple others but it seems like he never quite closes the deal

@@extonjonas6820 yeah he low key kinda creeping up on some of these top players. He definitely loss to some but very close. He's getting better
the fact that he is able to take games off of mkleo and tweek is so cool and absurd, (he shouldve beat tweek but got nerveous in forgot to jump)
He's now considered the best jiggs player in the world

In all honesty I think he's picked up some of that ballsy behavior from Hungrybox
@@christianrowell1081 with how the metagame is evolving sometimes hes had to yeah, especially more recently, the fear factor of puff is if you go anywhere out you could die to a edgegaurd, but if you go anywhere in you could die to rest. its a huge part of puff that you have to take advantage of, and the more people that are scared of the edgegaurds more are gonna be more likely hit by rest, and vice-versa
@@silaspq yeah I agree with you. I'm glad he's optimizing rest more. That's the whole point of the move
If you main puff these setups sometimes feel guaranteed because you've done them so many times on characters of a specific weight and specific percents. You also feel when it's 50/50 and when it's 100% not going to land. That just comes with mu experience
@@HisRoyalAirness That's what makes Smash so complicated, because you can't really just memorize that stuff by numbers and tables. You have to just get a "feel" by having enough experience to know when something will work or not. Like that classic Pound->fair->Rest, you can usually just tell when it's going to connect
