I searched everywhere for your channel good sir but I just could not find it,forgot to subscribe and tick the bell icon. So I'm looking for help with a HP laptop which has the same problem as your Acer . I have to say I have missed your funny videos and ways of repairing stuff, like using lighter fluid to clean a board and removing balled CPU's and ICs without a CPU remover. I have to say I am over the moon I found your channel again, I love watching your repair videos, I really have missed watching your stuff and the inhaler instead of cigarettes, honestly I am so happy I wont be losing it again, your firmly subscribed and bell icon ticked. I don't have the skills to fix my laptop but its good watching you work. I am just too old too fidgety and no eyesight to fix stuff like you do. I wish you were in Perth Western Australia I'd bring my laptop to you pronto, your so fair when you quote a job and fix something. Sad for me though my laptop is a HP 840 G3 with a flat pack battery and its definitely not the battery it is brand new so I am stumped, but I usually check the voltage by sticking pins into the battery contacts, i know its not a memory issue because I bought a new battery and it was charged 50 per cent when I put it in , it just went to zero because the laptop wouldn't charge it. The charger was OK I tried another but I was too scared to use my power supply to charge the battery, because of all the other pins I didn't know what they were for

Hi! I have been watching most of your videos and I thought I was on to something for repairing a laptop, which had no light when connecting the charger; I only have a multimeter tool and I saw that there was no voltage on the POWER button (well, only 1.2 V, instead of 3.3 which was expected). I plugged the charger and I noticed that a chip, which seemed to control a power supply, was getting very hot; I tried to measure the voltage on that chip, but I must have touched 2 adjacent contacts, which somehow shorted the chip, causing it to burn out, with a noticeable glow and smoke... Basically, this was the moment I realized that repairing electronics is beyond my reach... Anyway, the motherboard is lost for what I'm concerned and probably this is the end of that laptop. This goes to show that this field is not for amateurs; Also, this is my last attempt at fixing any electronics, as it is well beyond my knowledge and understanding. However , thanks for sharing your knowledge and precious time for teaching other people. Multa sanatate si noroc in continuare! Succes in ceea ce faci!

Lol keep trying stuff until you see progress that's if you really have passion for electronics if not then stopping at the first sign of struggle or failure is a sign its not for you.

What if the battery seems to charger even get to 100% thay might last about 1 hour, then other times either if it is 100$ or a 70% it will only last about 2 minutes or less then the computer will turn off then when you plug the charger back in the battery shows 0, 8 checked the charger it is fine it shows 19v.
I did a battery health test, the resurl shows it goes no where near the designed maximum capacity level, I think it should be about 50 mwh, but it shows about 15 mwh at max capacity level, i heard after 24 months a battery will be a very weak.
I have ordered a new battery, I just hope it is that issue, any advice?
