i mean, what do you mean by pizza oven? one of those things with a conveyor that moves the pizza under the oven for a set amount of time? or are you talking a brick oven with wood coal or other shit? How does cooking it in a normal oven really diminish the pizza to a 3.8?
A regular oven that goes to at least 500 and few large unglazed tiles from Home Depot and you have yourself a pizza oven. Actually better than a metal pizza oven. It cooks more like a brick oven.
