I watched again> I wondering what i did for the last 40 years. Pretty awesome stuff. Maybe you could make a mistake now and again . Like put a hinge hole in the wrong place or something like that. And everything is so clean. I have tools everywhere ....why dont you? And being as i think i am a builder the glues are of interest!

just be carefull cutting vinyl with the laser, it produces chlorine gas which is highly toxic and can also rust your machine

This was also one of the reasons why I started making them 27 years ago. Airplanes were expensive and there was only one solution, you had to learn to make them yourself :)
@@markoroolaid I'm with you. What really bugs me is getting 75 cents worth of FOAM or foam board and calling it an airplane. Like the FlightTest models made of foam & paper that will delaminate in short order. (god forbid they should get some rain on them!) In my mind, Balsa is the only way to fly. The first plane I built was a Carl Goldberg Eagle 63. That was 20 years ago and It still flys straight as an arrow, I have it hanging in my office! (as well as many others.) So now I am scratch building because most balsa planes are gone, and I can modify the plans to suit my needs. I am currently building a long range FPV balsa plane. Cheaper, lighter than foam board, durable, and better looking by far. And it will LAST. I love building as much as flying!

They say you shouldn’t laser cut vinyl… but I’ve done it on occasion and I’m fine. So is the laser.
The quality is just getting ridiculous you couldn't buy a plane that nice great work I think its the cleanest yet

What did you use to gain the clearance in the tube? The black stingi thing you pulled out with pliers...
Dont you have any issue with deformation or bent tubes when using the vakuum for tube?
Hello. I used baking paper to give distance. If you use a strong tube, the vacuum will not deform it
