Today I am sharing with you all your most easy Healthy Walnut Atta cake recipe which is made with whole wheat flour and Walnuts. This comes out very spongy and fluffy. Do try this very easy to make recipe and share your comments below.

~Ingredients~
Measuring cup- 200 ml
Cake tin- 6 Inch diameter
Atta or whole wheat flour- 1 cup
Chopped Dates- 10
Chopped Walnuts- 1/4 cup + for decoration
Jaggery powder or Gud- 1/2 cup
Refined oil- 1/4 cup
Milk- 1/2cup + 1/4 cup and 2-3 tbsp
Vanilla essence- 1/2 tsp
Baking powder- 1 tsp
Baking soda- 1/4 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt- 1/4tsp
