- What is going on here?
I have a large collection of retro PC hardware and games. I've decided to play each of the games for at least 1 hour to see how they are.
Midtown Madness. This was an internet cafe game, I can't remember playing that at home ever. The car damage makes the game fairly difficult and controls are a bit strange. Voodoo 3 struggled a bit with this game. Resolution is set to 800x600.
Enjoy!

Capture:
VGA output goes into a VGA Splitter. One cable connects to my monitor, and the other goes into the Gefen VGA to DVI Scaler. From there, a DVI to HDMI converter takes the signal into the Elgato GameCapture 4K60. As for sound, it's a bit simpler: a 3.5mm splitter; one side connects to my headphones, and the other goes to my capture PC'sFocusrite Scarlett 2i2 3rd Gen. Everything comes together in OBS.

Midtown Madness:
Pretty much a classic, still not sure why. Not significantly fun to play, maps aren't that great, cars aren't that interesting. No idea.
5/10: Meh.

Woooah, On V3 it runs so well!
This is also a game I'd like to play again with a faster CPU. I'm sure Voodoo3 could have done a much better job!
@@RootiferasRetroGameplay for sure, but Its Just good. Maybe could try an OC to133 FSB (CPU Will run @667)
how realistic! can games go any better?
we could call it a simulation haha. I think one of the worst controls I have seen so far.
