Ive this watch, perfect. Multiband Gshock? If you are a couple states away Colorado, you would have to have in perfect place and orientation. Solar? But my battery goes 5 years, costs a dollar and takes 5 minutes.

Had to return this because of the ridiculously recessed 'Adjust' pusher. I'm tempted to buy it again, but what good is a digital watch if you can't use the stopwatch or timer? Hell, even adjusting the time every now and then is a challenge.

For the gym I would recommend the GD-350. It has a vibrating alarm and a single button start for the countdown timer. I used it to time gym rest periods. Thanks for the video.
