Zacapa Fashioned | Old Fashioned with 23 YO Ron Zacapa

Have a go on this bitter sweet interpretation of the classic Old Fashioned cocktail: The Zacapa Fashioned.
Ingredients:
50 ml Ron Zacapa 23
10 ml maple syrup
Dash of Angostura bitter
Orange zest
Enjoy

I've made my rum old fashioned with regular bitters and orange bitters which I can see that you have it in the video (but didn't use it). Can I ask why?
