Its crazy with phil, you can see how impactful he is to Kobe, Kyrie & even guys-like reaves now. Phil 100% probably had the biggest unspoken impact on the game
Exactly why Lebron preferred to talk to him instead of Darvin Ham lol😅
I've developed a consistend Jumper in the past few years, I could create space with 1 or 2 dribles with ease. A few months ago I started working real hard on ball handling using Phill's drills, and I can say now that I kinda see the game in slow motion, I'm always dictating the game rithm, making great reads, due do being able to keep my drible alive, and creating a humongous space to shoot my jumpers ❤
Phil is a monster teacher who has
GREAT TEACHING TALENTS.
GREAT COACH
Appreciate that!
Definitely working with my daughter on these. She loves your videos
Love to hear that! Try out these drills and lmk what you think!
Good rhythm dribble drills, I need to incorporate these into my personal training and routine.
Do it! Let me know what you think
Great workout! ❤️🔥
It's cold in Poland and I don't have a court SO ... I do coach Your drills in the gloves outside on the football field - the level of difficulty is crazy but #OnlyTheStrongSurvive!
Cheers from Poland and thanks for great videos!
What a good training coach. to continue improving every day
That’s the goal!
your handle drills helped a lot and I mean it. Now I’m one best handler in my area but still a lot to learn. I watched so many videos to become a better player but your drills works like magic❤.thanks a lot
Jewell gonna have a great season.
GOOOOLLLDDD !!!! Been watching for a few months and i can feel the difference in my handles mainly but im getting by guys better
Thank you so much for sharing your skills with us. Student of the game for life. Basketball is life.
Once again my brother I really appreciate 🙏🏾 💯 you. I'm not much of anything but I've used your videos and teaching to voluntarily Coach and train youth here in my area. Thx
Let’s go! That’s what I love to hear
Great work Coach Handy! Yezz Sirr...

GOD BLESS YOU BIG. THANK GOD FOR CREATING YOU
Thank you for this one Coach. I have my sons using a lot of your tools. Jewel is 🔥 btw.
Excellent skills.
I learn so much of you sir even though I'm at 40'si can still do it and I'm teaching it on kids who want to learn
Thx we need more videos
Kyrie to the Lakers confirmed! Great content as always coach!
My son really loves your videos! Are you able to post some defensive workouts as well?
One thing I think missing is eye/head movement. Chris Paul uses his eye/head the best. Everytime he dribbles right, he looks right, every time he dribbles left, he looks left. And then mixes it up, ie looking left but walking right. Dude is a magician.
Son and I about to hit these today 💯

Hey Mr. PH, encourage players with smaller hands to focus on the next play when you stop the dribble. You get handed a ball...that's an invitation, you beat a defender with a counter...good move...thanks for teaching me how to play or helping.
Coach appreciate your video! I have a question, how do you train the basketball iq? My nephew play basketball in high school and I am wondering how to help him with court vision. Is it a trainable skill?
And with his height he’ll probably play the center position, do you think dribbling skill is important for a big?
Tough skill work.
Yo Coach Handy, were you at Hawaii when Justice Sueing was there?
Soking up game
Really nice gym 👍👍 ah, Golden Eagles, eh? Nice...
my High-School Mascot was the Eagle ... just sayin', I dig that ...
My trainer sent me this.
Phil, should he make his own content?

how many reps usually for these drills?
Looks like they are going baseline to foul line.
4-5 reps, quality over quantity
Nothing. Beats fundamentals. Nothing.
lol need a shooting coach … shot less than 40% this past yr
you gotta work on em legs bro, they look kinda thin
These legs been at it for years. They may look thin but they get it done lol

Bruh, this is not NBA fundamentals.
U suppose to hav that already , this is elite new fundamentals now
@@user-mb6nf9wt3k there's no such thing as "new fundamentals".... Shooting. Passing. Dribbling.... But. Please. Share these new fundamentals.
@user-mb6nf9wt3k Let's look at film. Watch 50 point or more games, as an example. You will see no bs waste of time dribbling like this... Seriously. Watch a few simple 50 plus games. The only player who may bust out some crazy dribbling is Kyrie. Outside of that you will see 95% of the time: Catch and shoot, catch, head fake, one dribble, shot... same with two dribbles, same with 3 dribbles, but a layup may be an option.
As a pro, if you need more than 4 dribbles to score, you're not efficient. Watch video, unless it was dribbling full court, you won't see Michael Jordan take more than 4 dribbles to destroy, not only his defender, but a team. Kevin Durant, half court, 4 dribbles or less. You can really see it when a player goes for 50 plus. It is rare for that player to bust out doing any of this unnecessary dribbling. Just perfect the basic fundamentals and this stuff is needed less. Because while you dribbling like that on the court, in real life, you will have teammates just staring at you because no one knows what you are about to do, but you. I have never seen this applied in real basketball, maybe, by Kyrie. But, please share a link with me so I can see this applied in real game situation. I'm confident no one can...
@1JamesHunter watch these videos sober sir
@IVMON3Y I'm sure you think you know basketball... But. You will never see either of these players use this mess in an actual game. So. Not in Theory. It is fact. They are wasting their time, because they will NEVER use any of this in am actual game situation.... You are very welcome 🙏 I am grateful that you put down your crack pipe to read every single one of these words. Right to the end.
Lmmfao phil ya wasting ya time with this wnba chick. Lol
This WNBA chick is a 2 champ, ncaa champ and gold medalist. She will give you buckets! Put some respect on her name.
This is a waste of time.
You will not beat. Fundamentals.
No trick dribbles. No tricks at all. Can u get your Fundamentals offfaster then the defense, period.
