This is hands down the top instructor on basketball skills on youtube. I've been incorporating his tips all summer long playing pick up games at the park. The one on one games have become so much easier knowing how to attack using angles and getting the defenders off balance.

I like how once you said take your dribble and then go into your move she immediately got your drill. She was super excited to learn with you coach. Great video
I love how coach explains why the first dribble is important vs just repeating to one dribble before you start your moves and with the way those lady's adjusted and executed was excellent great work lady's and coach 👌🏾
When teaching these drills I have my kids practice the Icky Shuffle. It teaches them to keep their hips open while moving lateral. Also it allows them to feel the movements while being on the balls of their feet and constantly being ready to change direction.
Kevin Durant actually does this move to setup the defender before the shot. Learned it from watching him. Didn’t realize how effective it has been till now

I would also incorporate single hand receive doing this handling drill to challenge the athlete. I myself do it very beneficial for the collegiate & pro athletes.
