Big wheel really just feels like the equivalent of throwing a rock out of frame.
I feel like the "normal car" did not get a fair shake for the u-turn.... Yes, it would have taken eternity, but it was physically capable of making the 200-point turn needed to turn around in that space

Fun fact: the Ski-walking vehicle you see in the video bears a resemblance to a Soviet Prop-M Ski-Walking rover which was part of their Mars programme that unfortunately failed. One did get on the surface but did not last longer than a minute.

My engineering teacher when I was back in high school gave us a similar project like this. He told us that the tables would be one floor tile in length, and he said “your entire machine must start on one side, and finish on the other” and that was it. It was probably the most fun project I’ve ever done

You can make a Tank/Obstacle Climber hybrid with rubber bands on the tracks to increase grip, and you have the ultimate vehicle
Now modify all other vehicles to pass all six tests. The tracked vehicle could have gone up the slope with rubbers pieces on the tracks for example
