A big thank you to Jim for sharing his knowledge and his time with Nate and getting this house one step closer to finish. I checked out the Two Turtles Homestead channel, and you all need to watch his video on building his home. Jim is a master carpenter, really knows his woodworking (my grandfather was a master carpenter who built homes on his own after WWII) and has a lot of expertise and real hands on experience he can share with Nate and Katie. I admit I am currently binge watching the Two Turtles Homestead videos to learn more about them, and am enjoying seeing a different part of Tennessee.
You can see the happiness and relief that the joists are finally done. Well done Nate and Jim! Great team work! 🎉🎉

Don't they make a spray on mold remover-killer? It would be so handy to just spray that board rather than remove it.
We are using it whenever you see NAte spraying, that is what he is doing but there are structural issues that need addressing as well as the mold.
