I purchased the sleeveless linen boyfriend shirt as well as the white linen long sleeved one. They are so versatile and worth the fabulous prices they are being offered at.

What fun! Sadly, our only Talbots store in Montana closed over 10 years ago. It was a sad day.
Ahh, I know that would be sad for me, too. But honestly, their website is one of the easiest to navigate and they have so much more available online than in the store.

How fun! Brings back so many happy memories clothing shopping with my mom. On one of our Talbots shopping trips we purchased identical tops (we live in different states so no one would ever realize we had the same tops!)

I used to work at Talbots in San Francisco, and I absolutely loved working there, I looked forward to seeing my work mate’s every day not to mention that I could shop while I was working how much fun was that. I’m still a loyal customer and I love the summer sales, then get ready for transition to fall, and holiday parties !

Love this video. I like seeing clothes ON people. Helps. Also love that you mention some of the prices, where they start and some of the sale prices compared to regular price. Many things on both of you were lovely, but I have to say I loved those white shorts on you and the green $24 top. I loved the white mid sleeve shirt and black skirt on your daughter. Nice video with your beautiful daughter. I am careful with Talbots as some of their prints and embellishments are dated. Their pants and shorts are excellent quality however. You looked Gorgeous in the green top and shorts, I wish you had tried on some of those dresses. Abigail modeling was so insightful, she wore everything beautifully.

When you say "little" do you mean small, low price, diminished quality, etc? just wondering

Your daughter is star. Such a fun video to see the in store try on but it was bittersweet for me. My store closed down and they don't have a good return policy if you order online. They charge for returns which is just poor customer service, in my opinion,
So many places do charge a small fee for returns. But they honestly have so much more available online than they do in your store anyhow. I love shopping online.
@@DressedforMyDaywithKayHarms True, but I didn't consider over $10 a small fee when you pay so much for shipping. So many retailers offer free returns to encourage online shopping.
How did you film , there didn’t seem to be anyone else in the fitting rooms?
I believe there was a camera set up on a stand; you can catch a glimpse of it in the mirror at the back. And I would imagine that Kay and Abigail went into the store early, before the official opening hours.
The manager allowed us to come in about 30 minutes before the store opened. And it turns out that in that store they have three different sets of dressing rooms, so she was able to block this one off just for us. We were only in there about 45 minutes. I had the camera (which was my cell phone for this video) on a tripod and we could operate it with a remote switch.

No, I took off a week as we were preparing for an out-of-town trip and the arrival of our houseguests. So I thought that was a good week to take a little vacation from CZcams.
