Turkish Navy unveils TCG Derya warship

- TCG Derya is the second-largest warship platform designed and produced by Turkish engineers after TCG Anadolu. The delivery ceremony of TCG Derya and three other platforms was attended by Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. Rumeysa Codar was at the event and sent us this report.

Now they made an agreement on the first ever Jet carrier and this one is going to be the biggest vessel on the fleet of turkish navy. 285 m long and 70 m wide compared to TCG Anatolia’s 231 m lenght and 32 m wide. This new Proper plane carrier is under developement as of now.
