UA aren’t made with horrible materials. I compare them to my authentic pair and it’s pretty much the same to me. I play ball, cut the grass and do the moonwalk with my bred 4s and it’s still in excellent condition

The technology and durability on the UAs are the same as retail sneakers. At this point of my life, I’m happy with buying UAs and for the all the people who are team authentic, I’ll let them do them.

REPS AND UAs and the same thing. It’s an urban myth about the “UAs”being made in the same factory as legit pairs . Most of the reputable REP sellers once worked in the factories. They’ll get the blue print and samples from people working in the factories.

UA is all cap. While there are SOME UA sneakers in the world, they're extremely rare. 99% of the sneakers sold on Weidian, Taobao, DHGate, Ali Express, etc. are just replicas (not UA). Here's what happens: as soon as a new sneaker drops, factories all over China will get early pairs (or they have the official photos and just know how to make them...for example dunks and AJ1's), they deconstruct at least one retail pair to see how it's made, then they just set to work making their own "batch". There are dozens of different batches (LJR, H12, OG, PK, etc.) and even different grades within each batch (ex. LJR-B). Independent factories all over China (but mainly in Puitan) will replicate the design according to whatever "batch" design that they have access to. As far as the quality and materials, if you buy a higher tier batch, it's identical to retail. This is why "fake" sneakers are being resold on platforms like StockX and they can even fool legit check apps like CheckCheck. While it's true that budget batches are probably not going to hold up well over time, the higher tier batches will be just a durable as retail pairs. At the end of the day, it's just shoes. Nobody in their right mind should ever pay 2 or 3x retail for a pair of basketball shoes...if you do, then you're really wasting your money IMO.

The only time I feel that a sneaker can be worth a hefty price if it is vintage or one of a kind or something that was actually worn by an athlete but what resellers are doing today they're taking every release and asking for 5 to 10 times the price before the release even hits the market I don't think that's fair
I think UAs are rare. Not saying it doesn’t happen but it’s risky for a factory to lose a big contract like that for making them. But who knows they might do it all the time and mess up details on purpose

In 2022 the reps are better than retail after first run or two, because individual QC will always beat some 6 year old in a sweatshop in Vietnam. UA is a meme at this point, because the reps are sourcing the same materials AND have the guys from the old Nike factories working for them now. Foam Runners you are looking at a slight mold line difference and most don't know that and can't tell between them. Even the casting injection mark is there now lol.

I love getting UA sneakers if I can't afford the higher price tag. With UA's I get the legit sneaker for half the price because it didn't pass certain tests or has some flaws. So the research that you’ve been doing in the past seven months does it negate the fact that if a manufacturer produces 25,000 pairs of sneakers but they’re only contractor for 20,000 that they’re not gonna sell the 5000? UA r fake
I tried to get the Trav Dunks and struck out. Resale touched 2k. No chance I'm paying more than 200ish for some sneakers. Plenty of UA sites out there that give you damn near 1:1 quality and nobody even wears those out and about so chances of someone calling you out are damn near zero. People ask me if mine are real and I tell em no 🤷🏽♂️ never got clowned, they just say how clean they look. I think at this point nobody cares unless you're in school
@Anthony Gibbs UA'S are the exact same as the retail! You are doing nothing wrong as long as you're explaining the truth and keeping it a buck!
