A lovely Ethiopian coffee from the Guji zone, produced by the smallholders of Odo Shakisso
A cup that is certainly fitting into what we call a Sweet Blossom coffee.
We are brewing our Signature Sweet Blossom with the classic HARIO V60 dripper this time.
Here's our brewing recipe and we hope you all enjoy this coffee as much as we do.
Brewing Ratio 58g/L
15g Dose | Total Water 255g
Grind Size 15 on EK43 (point to 7 o’clock)
Water temperature 90°C (194°F)
