If at least a couple of undrafted and later round guys like Scottt Mattlock and JT Woods don't make the jump to adequate starters, the Chargers probably is not a playoff team. There's still too many holes in the roster. It will take a lot of guys being healthier than previous seasons AND a lot of backups having breakout years for this to be a winning season.

Matlock will never be anything more than depth. He's not starter material and he never will be. The Chargers' top priority next off-season will be to get bonafide NFL IDL for the defense.
