Same.... i cannot skip afternoon sleep... bcz i know... i wouldn't be able to study at evening and espicially family prayer where i often sleep. For me afternoon sleep is necessary to get the things done😂

sir, my issue is, I go to gym every morning, and after returning from gym, taking bath & breakfast, I usually sit for study at 9 am. And after 1 or 2 hrs, at 11 am, I start feeling so sleepy.

Whatever you said sir is 💯% truee,if we go on deep sleep in afternoon instead of power nap then we sleep for 2 hours straight...then we don't feel sleepy during night, then we wake with incomplete sleep and remain lazy whole day😅😅😅
According to my experience the feeling of sleepiness remains for nearly 2 hours.🤣🤣

I am suffering from allergy . I am taking treatment from ayurved. Doctor tell me don't sleep in afternoon but it reduces immune system power and he said ( jo cheez jis time p hone chahiye use time pr krna chahiye)
