I really love watching these videos of your adventures and trips! Thanks for all the effort you put into them! 👏
Thanks so much for the comment - it makes all the effort worthwhile :D
Whoa…I’m a relatively fit dude and really struggled with the humidity when I was there in March 23. I could barely walk for 15 minutes without being a sweaty mess lol. Well done for tackling that hike.
Haha, yup that humidity is something! Thanks for watching Danny.
Loved all your videos. Congrats making to the needle. Hoping the cranky chook, Was ok on your return 🐔
Haha, thanks for watching Emma! The Needle was a great climb! Luckily the route is one way, not out and back, so didn't have to confront the angry Momma Chicken on our way out :D
hahah the chicken
That chicken was *mad*! :D

Lovely video mate, i have a question that only you can solve: can u explain to me the difference between Little Polynesian and the previous Hotel location, pro&cons being close to muri lagoon or titikaveka beach like the little poly. I have to made a reservation and i need all the info u have 😊
Hey Michele - Rumours and Little Polynesian are pretty close together only about 2km apart. We mainly chose Little Polynesian for convenience as we only spent one night there. I reckon that Muri Lagoon area is a very nice place to base yourself. Final decision would probably come down to how mobile you plan to be (are you getting a car) and what do you want to focus on doing (snorkelling, beach, etc). With a car, which I recommend - you can basically stay anywhere on the island and get to wherever you need to go quickly! Another big decision is whether you want fully catered resort experience, or if you'd rather self cater (in which case keep in mind the grocery options are limited.
@@OwenSaysGo maybe Muri Lagoon is better if u wanna get around on foot, otherwise the car/bike is mandatory. Thank you mate 4 the help
