Foie foie foie. Foie, prime rib with jus/suckling pig with crisped skin/gravlax, foie. Foie, cow/sheep/goat milk truffle cheeses, cannolo/Hazelnut Paris-Brest à la Claire Saffitz, foie. That’s my fantasy menu: appetizer, main course, dessert. All accompanied by appropriate breads with French butters, fresh-made aiolis, a selection of leafy greens, tomato-garlic confit, olive salads, citrus platters, berry compotes, all accompanied by natural wines and still water. Followed by a coffee royal, a French Irish Coffee, and finally a Corpse Reviver. Perhaps I could get that menu here.

I would love it if you got rid of the dubbing. It’s so impersonal/ fake. The CC will translate it into English.Speak French PLEASE! Otherwise it’s a good video…….just can’t listen to the dubbing. Pity.
