It is borderline bankrupt because of it. Ford is doing exactally what you just said and is failing because of it. There are pitfalls that comes with this mindset. You only see the sales and think everything is fine, and that is where you have fallen short. Secondly legacy matters when you buy a product. If it is known to be a sports car, you don't turn it into an SUV. If it is known to be a muscle car, you don't turn it electric. Chevrolet knew this, and made one of the best Corvettes ever created. Ford failed to do this and is now paying for this. They claim the Mach E is one of the best selling mustangs out there, but it has destroyed Ford's image, and Ford's sales in the long run as well.
History repeats itself...
Same exact thing happened in the early 2000's.
That'd make another good short bro💯
Well in europe youre not allowed to drive a internal combustion car after 2050 so this is probably the end
@@Person-cv9dj people didnt listen about climate change.. now they wanna listen when its too late
@@JuniorJuni070 exactly and they're going the wrong direction too because evs still pollute the planet just not as much
@@JuniorJuni070 EV's suck. They are not the solution to climate change. They're a flashy way for governments to show they're doing something for climate change instead of focusing on bigger issues. At the end of the day, in many countries, EV's are powered by electricity produced by fossil fuel centrals. What's the point of having a car that doesn't need to burn gas if the energy it needs to run on is produced by burning even more polluting gas ?
@@Person-cv9dj to be more accurate, an ICE car must drive for a few decades in order to produce as much total pollution as an EV produces just to be built, and after that time, the EV may still polute more, as the batteries will need replacement at least once until then, so this number will increase again
The truth is that these restrictions aren't about reducing overall emissions, it's about erasing emissions in first world countries, leaving all the emissions to the countries were the materials extraction and production takes place
Dang. The mustang was the first, and will be the last. Gives you chills to realize that an integral part of all our lives is coming to an end as times must change. I am thankful that Ford is continuing such a gem if a car. Gallop on, Mustang.

Ford can actually take huge huge advantage with this. Given muscle car enthusiasts in US alone
It made the genre of vehicles so its pretty awesome to know it will be the last too.

Engines? They have poor efficiency leading to more wasted heat, so much maintenance, heavier than electric motors, more complex leading to many parts wearing out.
While electric motors dont have this issue, you would enjoy all along with your maintenance free electric motor.. People do not realize how bad their efficiency ratings are, only 35% compared to 80-90% for electric Motors

the mustang started it, the mustang ended it, this proves that the mustang is the real king of muscle cars and the fact its still standing is truly perfect, entire car companies have been discontinued with their muscle cars in the 2000s, and its just now were starting to see modern muscle cars fade away, its only the good cars with real heart they discontinue, but the mustang is still gonna be ruling
It ain’t going no where. People are gonna still work on and maintain these cars for ages to come.

MUSTANG REIGNS SUPREME!!
HEIL TO THE KING!
Hell to the cat
It is going to be sad to see all the motor go.
At least ICE cars had different engines configurations, vibrations, accelerations, sounds, driving feels. You could close your eyes and FEEL the car's soul when you gripped the wheel and started the engine. You'd know that there's combustion, a miracle of nature, a raw energy harnessed beautifully into a machine by brilliant minds who improved it across centuries, powering it at the center... It is what defines us as men.
EVs may be green and all, but all of them are the same. The same battery and AC motor in all models. Soundless, Soulless, Barren, DEAD! Even if they add realistic sound features in the future, you'd still know that the car you drive is dead from the inside, and this makes me very emotional. I'm young, and my greatest fear in life is that I can't enjoy these vehicles even if i have the money for them.

Bro, Chevy does this almost every ten years. They discontinue the camaro for 1-3 years, increasing demand and lowering supply. They then bring it back with some new features and sell it. Remember they discontinued it for a little in 2019 and 2020
