Thank you. I recently discovered my love for this sport and it's all I can think about. I don't feel depressed or afraid anymore I just wanna be great someday.
Yeah not only does playing sports help with your learning curve but basketball players also have great builds for fighting. Long limbs short torso with strong core hips and shoulders. It converts over well. Believe it or not baseball players and dancers also tend to make great boxers
These boxing classes at gyms are so expensive . But I’ll do my best to provide my son with the tools he needs to not let him be a victim to bullying again . Yesterday was a very sad day finding out my son was attacked at school by a group of 6 kids
I'll be trying these, not for boxing, but for overall health and agility. I was always the chubby kid growing up, i moved slow, i was weak, i was bullied, i couldnt even do a single push up. 1 year ago i was in class and they did a physical fitness test, i realized i couldn't do a single push up. That was the last straw for me, i got angry, sad and all kinds of emotions. But aside those emotions i became motivated to make a change, i started training and doing exercises. I am now able to do 20 push ups and 1 rep of 1 arm push up. I got the strength i wanted but now i need to focus on speed, thank you for this video!!
Exercises like these must be done every day if you are serious about learning boxing. You will use these and many more movements in the ring without even realizing it. Boxing takes years to perfect, and once you stop learning, you start losing.
you will never use any of these in the ring mate or you get sparko'd putting your feet together in the no.1 thing never to do in a ring unless your on the floor sparko'd totally bad to tell beginners this is a boxing technique@@businessbasics6777

If you were chubby growing up it sounds like your heavy set and could throw a mean right hook. You need to box. It's a requisite skill as a man
I don’t do boxing . But I do judo, and was looking for ways to improve my footwork , great vid 👍
Thanks man I appreciate it
I will use this right now. Thank you for your teachings 🥺

never put your feet together ever in a boxing ring or sparring unless you on the floor out cold
I thought bringing your foot together is a big mistake because you are off balance etc
Is that right?

whats the difference between the first and last movements?
Would it hurt or be beneficial to perform these in a Landmine setup with light weight?
I say it’s beneficial without any weight as long we get the technique right
