When you first open the gas tank, it takes a few seconds for the gas to get to the burners. Push the knob and wait for a couple of seconds for the gas to get through.
Grease trap works great! I like it in the front. Only complaint is the folding cover WILL let rain water in, so the trap can fill with water. But if you keep a cover over the whole thing it’s fine.
I did the same thing to the latch on the one I picked up yesterday.
