A música Mágico de Oz é do álbum Sobrevivendo no Inferno de 1997 do grupo Racionais Mcs, provavelmente o disco mais icônico do RAP brasileiro. Esse clip só aparece o Ed Rock porque o Mano Brown e o Ice Blue não participam. Mano Brown é o principal do grupo mas não tem vaidade, por isso não faz questão de aparecer em uma música na qual ele não teve participação.
Tb aparecem o Blue e Kl Jay.
Blue é o traficante repassando grana pra policia e vice versa

Racionais Mc's is a joint of two duos; Mano brown and his cousin Ice Blue use to make rap, Ed Rock use to rap with Dj KL Jay, Mano Brown saw Ed Rock and KL Jay performing, they became friends and later on they came together and Racionais was formed, the name Racionais was given by Mano Brown. The "two groups" brought their songs to the group initially, "Tempos Dificeis" from Ed Rock and KL Jay, "Hey boy" from Mano Brown and Ice Blue, for example...They work together as a group but can tell they also do their work separately at times.

I'll make some considerations
1- We normaly ask about the mother of the child too, sadly in Brazil 6,3% of children dont even have a father's name in their birth certification.
2- Police's intent when they go up the favelas vary depending on the situation, sometimes it's by interest and incentive of politicians, but yes, corrupt police will take advantage of it and take indirect control of drug posts, not only that but also offering and controling illegal cable tv and gás supply. There's a word in portuguese for cops and ex cops that form a "mafia", we say Milícia. Our fucking presindent is involved with one.
3- This music is in a Racionais album called "Sobrevivendo no inferno" (surviving in hell). It's considered one of the greatests albums because of its music and also because it was made in a time when people didn't talk that much about racism, the album was a game changer.

Nowadays in the state Rio de Janeiro, milícia have one of the largest territories and they keep growing, and that’s to be expected when brazil’s president used to make deals with them when he was a member of the congress
Rakim is a big influence in brazillian rappers actually, although general public doesnt know him most br rappers know and are inspired by him.

Here in Brasil in the favelas in Rio de Janeiro there are usually two types of “gangs”. The areas that are controlled by the drug dealers (Tráfico) and areas that are controlled by “militia”. “Militia” are people that left the police corp or are still in the corp. The areas controlled by the drug dealers and the militia are in a kind of “war” to expanse their influence. And civilians pay the price….

No, this is a Racionais MC's group song. In the car at the beginning is Ed Rock and KL Jay (DJ). The guy giving the money to the dirty cop at 10:37 is Ice Blue (that was too in the back of the red conversible at 10:35). Ice Blue is the 3rd MC in Racionais. Brown is not seen in this video, but this is a Racionais song. It is in the 1997 album "Sobrevivendo no Inferno". It is the 10th song on the album. Racionais has 4 members: KL Jay, Ed Rock, Ice Blue and Mano Brown.
Another curiosity is that we don't call Mano Brown like just "Mano", we call him "Brown" or "Mano Brown". The word "mano" in brazil has the same meaning of homie, brother (bro). It comes from "irmão", like the spanish "hermano", meaning "brother", but in a short, more street slang way it became just "mano". So we don't call (Mano) Brown using just the word "Mano". This would be the same as call Lil Wayne just "Lil". See?

Falei que você não consegue entender profundamente isso de por exemplo crianças de 11, 12 anos no tráfico já Traficante sabe que menor não vai preso por tráfico e colocam os meninos desde cedo no corre.
