Tone Brassy/Orange hair with Box Dye - IT WORKS - CHEAP!!

Hi everyone - I did what most people do... dye their hair and it turns out like freaking CRAP!!!!! My hair was orange... I tried a few things and finally decided to go with a medium ash dye to tone out the brass.
I watched a million videos to figure out what to do and finally came up with trying this since ashy color is "cool" and would hopefully tone down the orange!
I am super awkward and ramble, please don't judge :) :) I'm just trying to help some people out that were in the same boat as me!!!
