I lost 17 lbs before the quarantine, after trying for years to lose those last pounds. Of course they came back being home all the time. I tried going back on but I just couldn’t get back in the swing. Then I came across this video. Thanks guys. I’m back on track !
The quarantine was hard on a lot of people as far as weight gain. So glad you are back on track, you can do it, Gail!

Hi, Alicia! I just found your channel and I’m obsessed! 😍 I noticed you have some camping content. Do you have any favorite WW camping recipes?
I do things pretty simple when we camp, to keep it easy. We do a lot of things like chicken sausages, hamburgers and salads like this potato salad czcams.com/video/k_DH312GFNM/video.html I need to do more videos on what we eat when we are on track! We aren't always on track when we camp, though! Thanks for watching, Sunshine!!
Yum pepperoni, those turkey sausage sticks look good, nice greek yogurt , great items,y'all do cute together have a great weekend
Those turkey sausage sticks are our new snack obsession! Lol And I can't live without my Greek yogurt. Thank you, I hope you had a good weekend!
You must live in such a Beautiful state .. So pretty your back yard... love your country style music and your videos... thank you!
Virginia is a beautiful place to live! Thanks so much and thanks for watching, Leslie!💛
Nature's own Butter bread, nice slices for 3 points for 2. Chewy and soft. not thin at all!! its worth the sandwich . Put an egg on it, with a schmear of mayo and 1/8 of an avocado schmear... add sliced tomato and lettuce or cabbage (Cole slaw) so good
Thanks for letting me know, Chey! I will have to look for that and try it!
Need to try the PB Fit. "It melts like plastic" Hahaha We've tried some of those. Yes, those cheese strings are the best. Hot dogs are quite versatile during the week. We sometimes chop them up with kimchi and eat them with a side salad. So good.
Some of those low fat cheeses are gross! I'd rather just have less cheese and use one that melts! Lol Hot dogs and kimchi is not something I have ever tried before but you guys know your food so I trust you that it is good! Thanks for watching!
Just sat down for my cup of tea and banana. Tuned in and your 1st fav I had just put in my tea!! Yes I put cream and cinnamon skinny syrup (chai tea). I can't eat the ice cream cuz I eat THE WHOLE THING!! I bought a lemon sf drink I'm gonna mix cherry skinny syrup in with a splash of vodka!! I very rarely drink but I have it for a treat!! Have you tried the keto bread (wheat) from Aldi? It's 1 pt for 2 slices (blue). Babybel and grapes are my snacks!! I eat them together. Great video!!
Good morning, Judy! I can see how that coffee creamer would taste yummy along with cinnamon syrup in your tea, I love chai tea, that is a great idea! Yeah, we have a problem not eating the whole thing of ice cream too sometimes😋. The drink you are going to make sounds good too! I haven't tried the keto bread from Aldi, I'm not sure that I have seen it at mine but I will keep an eye out. Thanks for watching and for the great ideas! I hope you have a great weekend!💛
We use a microwave popcorn bowl that is collapsable and make dry popcorn then spray with the spray popcorn butter (in the popcorn isle).
Good idea!! Thanks!
Thank you very much 😊
You're welcome, thanks for watching, Roberta! 😊
I love the new coconut sugar free creamer and I've gotten the cinnamon bun. I use 1/3 a cup for 2 points.
I love the coconut too!
Thanks for sharing
Thanks for watching!
Thank you for sharing all of this, just so everyone knows with the whipped topping you don’t have to get the “fat free”. The original is the same amount of points, at least in the cool whip brand. The whole grain English muffin are now 2 points for me. I’m impressed that you have been able to find the smoked turkey hotdogs, we haven’t been able to find them in quite some time. They are very good though. I’ll have to try some of your oatmeal tips, because I picked that as one of my zero points foods on the new plan. I usually eat it with brown sugar, butter, and milk. Even using the lower point butter and milk it’s still too high for me. Oh I want to add something that I use all the time is Fairlife nonfat milk. It’s very good, it’s real milk but it’s lactose free and has less sugar than regular milk. Apparently it is ultrafiltered and that’s how that works. It’s kind of expensive though. Also the I can’t believe it’s not butter light 1 point for a serving.
I can only find those hot dogs at Kroger and I always try to remember to pick them up when I'm there. They are really good! Thanks for the updated info and other info and thanks for watching!
Hi there! Just found your channel and looking forward to watching everything. One suggestion is to say what you're holding up and tell specifics, because I haven't been able to clearly see the labels. There's no Sam's or Aldi's where I live, so not sure what might be equivalent at Fred Meyer (Kroger) or Costco. Thank you for your videos!
Thanks for the tips and for watching!
Hi, guys! So many wonderful items. Thanks for sharing your favorites. It’s to bad for me, in my old age 😆 I have to watch what I eat. The simple things like eating a cheese stick
are no more. 🥺😆😆 The funny thing is, one thing I can eat are rice crispy treats!😆 So I have been making a lot of those. They are my go to sweet treat. 🤤😍 🤣
Fantastic share my dear friend. Happy Friday. Many blessings to you. Have a beautiful day.🥰❤️❤️🌻🌞
Hi, Michelle! You are not old! That is a bummer about not being able to eat a cheese stick though. But, if you can still have rice crispy treats you are doing ok! 😄 I love a rice crispy treat! Thanks for watching, sweet friend and Happy Friday!🤗💛💜🌞
You guys never fail to make me chuckle lol!! Thanks for sharing your faves! Honestly could do with some of your options here in the UK!! Definitely going to try the muffin pizzas soon though! And totally agree on the babybels and laughing cow corners!! Also, don’t know if you get it there but Biltong is an amazing high protein snack low in points!
Anyhow have a wonderful weekend guys!! Speak soon XX
Babybel and laughing cow are definite must haves for us for years now! I heard you talking about the Biltong in one of your videos, I still need to see if that is something we can get here or if I can order it because it sounds good! Thanks as always for watching and have a great weekend!
Omg!!!Biltong!!?? That is such a South African thing!!We live in Ireland, but from SA, hahah and we make our own Biltong!!
@@2fat2furious1 I was born in Zim! And lived in Joburg for a couple years before moving to the UK! Still haven’t set up making it for ourselves but really have to hey!! ☺️
@@Youpenga that is so cool. we are from Joburg🤭I saw a video of yours where you talk about BRAAI too(yes I did go do some stalking)And then i knew😅🤣
Alicia..you look so fit and trim. You are such a nice couple.. very real. Keep making great videos. Thank your daughter for her service. Go Navy. Thank you for the video. Take care. Also mix pb2 with yogurt and sugar free butterscotch pudding and it tastes like a Butterfinger. 😋 Keep rolling on blue 💙 WW
Thank you so much, Carol! You are so sweet!💛I will definitely try that, I love Butterfingers!
TY for sharing. Many good snacks and ideas .. : -).. Since Pandemic I can't locate the hot dogs.. almost a year now ugh none at Publix or Walmart...TY again!
I have found them at Kroger. They’re really good.
Thanks for watching, Renee! Like Cathie, I find mine at Kroger!
Thanks.
Thank you!
Thanks for sharing all these staples I definitely gotta some new things to try outta of it, since you like sugar free cravers have you tried the sugar free coconut it’s amazing, also wanted to ask if you have tried the La banderita carb counter tortillas or Tumaro wraps both 1 sp each and amazing, another great filling snack for me is cottage cheese peaches or whatever fruit you like in a bowl topped with Tajin seasoning pronounced (tah-heen) it’s a lime chili type seasoning found in the ethnic aisle at Walmart and it’s a weird sounding combo but a great sweet & salty mix
I meant creamers I forgot to proofread lol
Good morning, Tamara! I have tried the sugar free coconut and it is amazing! I can't find it most of the time though. I haven't tried those tortillas, I will have to be on the lookout for them, Thanks for letting me know! I do cottage cheese with peaches or other fruit too but I haven't tried the Tajin seasoning, that sounds yummy! I love a sweet and salty mix so thanks for that suggestion too! Happy Friday to you!💛
I figured!😊
My fave SF CoffeeMate Creamer is the Italian Sweet Cream.
It is good stuff! I am enjoying the holiday flavors right now!
I tried Halo ice cream too, it is “icey” …… I much prefer Greek yogurt bars. They are creamy like ice cream and they have protein in them, so good , I think you would enjoy them
Hi Sandra, I love Greek yogurt so I need to check those out! Thank you!
I start WW and stop! I can’t seem to get consistent.. you two are awesome tho!
Thanks Julie! We definitely have our times of inconsistency too. It happens!
Just found your channel and got some good ideas already! Can I ask where you got your water jug from?
Hi Sandra, I got mine from Amazon, here is a link amzn.to/3m6A2up I also ended up buying the straw lid top for mine. It has been a great water bottle!
@@AliciaLynnYT thanks it is perfect!
I 💕 the video...so Amazing ❤️❤️
Thank you so much!!
I also forgot to share with you a 2 sp ice cream bars from Walmart they are a small bars but amazing for 2 sp they come in a box of 12 bars 3 flavors in the box strawberry, coconut, mango what I love is there are fruit chunks in every bar they are called Helados de Mexico the struggle is not eating more than 2 lol because they are so good
I have seen those before so I know what you are talking about, 2 sp isn't bad at all! I love bars like that with fruit chunks and have bought a different brand before that were 5 sp I think. I will have to give those a try too! Not eating too many of that kind of thing is always a struggle for me! 😂 Thanks for the great suggestions, Tamara!
Popcorn is def our go to snack to replace chips! lol we still stuggle with "snacking" in bed🙈
Popcorn definitely helps the snacking craving and is a good chip alternative! Thanks for watching!
I enjoy the skinny pop butter popcorn. And skinny vanilla kettle
Skinny pop is good all around
Great video of your faves. Can you tell me what department in the store do you buy the Wisconsin Turkey Sausages? Which store did you find them in? Im looking forward to finding the cottage cheese at our local Sam’s. Thanks for showing all the finds.
Hi Yvonne, I get them at Sam's Club and I find them in the refrigerator section, that has things like block and shredded cheeses, yogurt and hotdogs. They are so good!
@@AliciaLynnYT thank you for you timely response. Have a sunny day.
You two are cute! Great video. 💕
Thank you! 🤗
Hoffy sells an extra lean beef hotdog for two points that’s are a pretty big size and delicious
Good to know, Shaila, Thanks! And thanks for watching!
First time watching your videos. Thanks for sharing these products and points with us. I laughed when she asked if French vanilla was his favorite creamer and he said “no, that’s what’s always availble”😂. So true, the good creamers sell out pretty quick.👌
So true about the coffee creamer, that stuff is hard to find in anything other than French Vanilla. Especially in the larger sized bottles! Thanks for watching, Jackie!
Your rescipe s look amazing just went through your channel , could you do calorie s , as weight watchers change program s all the time it means people could make sense of older recipe s ,when point system was different 🙂
I have been thinking about maybe starting to include calories as well since I have had some people ask about it. That being said, I do make sure to list all the ingredients in my recipe videos down in the description box. That way people can put it into whatever app they use, WW or something different, to get the info they need. Thanks for the suggestion and for watching!
@@AliciaLynnYT thank you for replying , great channel ❤️☘️
@@leonienolan511 No problem! I have started adding calories and macros on my recipes😊
We love cheese to,laughing cow is delicious, yummy cheese,I wish we had Kroger I miss that store,I like snacking on nuts, I eat lots of eggs ,
I love cheese in general so I have to find all the low point options I can! Lol Kroger is a nice store, I had never been to one before moving here.
I eat the frozen berries with a bit of no calorie sweetener and sprinkle chili’s like Tajin
That sounds good, Rosa! I will have to try that! Thanks for watching and Happy Friday💛
Could you please explain about the comments regarding “purple and blue”? I’ve just started WW and I’m not familiar with those terms. Thanks ahead of time.😊 PS. I love your videos! Very informative!
Hi Tammy, this is an older video from when WW was doing the color plans, green, blue and purple and not the personal points plan that it currently is. WW likes to change their plan up every couple years unfortunately, which makes it confusing. Hope that helped! Thanks for watching!
Is it me or it's getting hard to find some flavors of coffee-mate? We have to go to a couple of places every time. Still need to try making the popcorn with coconut oil. Bananas and avocados are staples here too. And we were wondering about that ice cream. Yes to olive oil cooking spray, love that one!
It is getting more difficult to find certain flavors of coffee-mate for sure. It seems like there is no consistency in what stores carry. The popcorn and coconut oil is so good!
Just started my ww green journey, and I'm so happy to have found you guys! Lately I cannot seem to find any sf Coffee-Mate creamers anywhere! So weird. I'm so blind what flavor creamer was that? Italian sweet cream?
Glad you found us too! I have a hard time finding the SF Coffee mate at times too, it seems like stores don't consistently carry it or consistently have the flavor I want. Yes, that one we showed was Italian sweet cream. Thanks for watching and have a great weekend!
@@AliciaLynnYT thanks, you too!
Curious as to how you guys eat the berries frozen or heat them up in the microwave? Its crazy to me avocados are 3 points and only 95 calories for 2 ounces. I love that bread!! I eat it now that im calorie counting.
Hi Hayley, I eat mine straight out of the freezer or sometimes I will microwave them for a few seconds. They are good both ways. It is crazy that avocados have points, I still eat them anyway because I love them. That bread is great! Thanks for watching, my friend! Have a great weekend!
Don't know how bananas are zero ,, they are 100 cals ,, 3a day would be the same as a bar of chocolate !😳 Would love to see you guys do a calorie verse points day of eating , great to get food ideas thanks for video 🙂☘️
I know! I still don't feel comfortable not counting points for bananas!
I"m not my Favorite think hahahaha so funny new subcriber
Thank you, Misty!
I watched your green smoothie video. How many points on the Green plan is your smoothie?
Hi Lisa, they are 5 the way I show them in that video, minus the avocado! They are really filling though!
Thank you so much
I have a hard time with using anything but real butter. I just cut it down, I took a nutrition class because I’m diabetic, Margarine was originally invented to fatten turkeys, well it started killing the turkey’s giving them heart attacks. They slap some food coloring in it and called it better, it’s one molecule away from being plastic and if you were to leave it in the garage it never spoils and fruit flies don’t even go around it.
Hi Rachel, I am with you on having a hard time using anything other than butter! I bought only butter before we seriously got back on WW. I will use it in small amounts for some things and mainly use the Brummel and Brown yogurt spread for things like baking where I need a larger amount and using butter is just going to get the points way too high. Margarine is not good stuff for sure but the Brummel and Brown is probably the best of the worst as far as ingredients go!
Facts! I wish more people knew this.
Really enjoyed. Dole sells frozen avacado...in the fruit aisle.I heard you say where we live they don't have certain items...where do ya live? No nosey just curious.😃
We live in Virginia, Roanoke area. They don't have a lot of low fat options here like they do in Washington State where we moved from. Thanks for watching, Bernadette!
@@AliciaLynnYT I thought you all lived in the Roanoke area based on your scenery! I'm not far from there and have a terrible time finding low fat options! Our closest Aldi's is an hour away and I am really thinking about starting to make a run there once a month. I'm in Virginia too!
@@karenbeckett8619 Hi Karen, how neat you are in Virginia too! It was so strange to me to discover how hard it is to find low fat options here because you can find a ton of them back where I am from! It's nice to know I'm not just missing them! We are about a half hour away from our closest Aldi and I only go about once a month and stock up. I love that store, you can't beat the prices! Thanks for watching, hope you have a good weekend!
@@AliciaLynnYT Before Keto hit so big, there were tons of low fat or non fat options. But not anymore! It drives me batty! lol! I live about an hour and half away from you (to the west) and our options for stores are very limited- rural Virginia- go figure!
@@karenbeckett8619 That makes sense about the Keto boom changing it. We used to live in a very rural area with limited stores so I understand all too well how that is!
Hello Alicialyn, do you have a Ww pink drink that you get from Starbucks
Hi Deborah, I haven't tried that yet, I'll have to check into it!
Hello 👋,yum sugar free coffee mate is good,we love popcorn we make ours on stove to ,boom chicks pop is good, oats are healthy,I love those frozen berries yummy,I don't have same club so I get different brand but I love mixed frozen berries,I love fruit, ,I love avocados, whipped topping yummy stuff, that diet ice cream is pretty good, frozen fat free cool whip taste kinda like ice cream,we buy sugar free flavored waters, yum,I love cottage cheese, walmart was out of cottage cheese when I did my pick up order on first I was shocked, I use cooking spray, I often use lemons or vinegar and olive oil for salad but sometimes I'm bad and have a little ranch lol,I'm not on ww but I love all your ww recipes and that we allowed fruits and veggies, I like that 45calorie bread,
Hi Beth, I think my favorite way to have popcorn is made on the stove. Mixed frozen berries are the best, we eat a ton! Lemons or vinegar and olive oil is a much healthier option than salad dressing, I just love my dressings too much! Lol I love that WW has most fruits and veggies as zero points because I love them and they help keep me on track. That 45 calorie bread is great and so much cheaper than name brand! Thanks for watching!
Where did you find the Ballpark turkey dogs?
Kroger!
Good culture low fat cottage cheese is the creamiest I've ever tasted and it's low in points for cottage cheese. It's delicious.
I will look for that cottage cheese, thanks!
@@AliciaLynnYT I've found it at Kroger. Do you have one near you?
I do! I will look there, thanks Chey!
@@AliciaLynnYT they come in small little containers as well if you want to try before you buy a bigger one. But I think the Low fat is better than full fat version:) I hope you like it!!! If the other one you use is better let me know and I'll try it too
@@Chey60 Good to know about the small containers! I will let you know what I think when I try it!
What’s the name of the bread,,please?
It is Fit&Active Multigrain bread 45 calorie
@@AliciaLynnYT thanks
Hello 👋 👍
Hello 👋
Add your frozen berries to your cottage cheese.
I will have to try that! Thanks for watching!
WW changes their plans, so nobody can share them. Now we have personal points, so I have no idea what the points are. I usually just do the ingredients individually and figure out the points that way.
I wish they didn't change things every couple of years, it gets a little frustrating sometimes.
how much have you guys lost?
I have lost about 50 on WW in the past. This go around (last 3 years) I have lost 25 and have been in maintenance mode for about 2 1/2 years now. My husband has lost about 65 pounds.
What flavor was the coffee creamer? You didn’t say the name and your husband didn’t hold the bottle in front of the camera long enough to read the label.
Sorry about that! Its Italian sweet cream.
