Definitely a great list! I added a bunch of these items to my grocery list 👍 Avocado🥑 is one of my breakfast staples. I have half of one for zero points. I sprinkle a dash of salt on it and lemme tell ya, that's a flavor game changer for those of u who don't know.

0 pt.- Pumpkin Muffin /Mug Cake...In a bowl or mug beat 1 egg, mash in one banana, add 1/4-1/2 cup of canned pumpkin. Mix together and microwave 4 minutes. Zero points!
Also, can add nuts or raisins, make sure you add those extra points. Opt., top with lite whip cream. A real Fall treat!

GAME CHANGER!! Oh my word you guys, I could literally cry right now with joy! I tried your suggestion, I made iced coffee with the salted caramel protein drink and, oh my word! I love it!! I have tried this in hot coffee and did not like it. 2 points for the whole carton!? Seriously, the coffee thing for me has been the hardest to break. I got it down to 8 points but still too high, I have tried every fake sugar concoction known to man for YEARS, this is huge for me, just huge!! Thank you!!

My husband and I both developed an intolerance for eggs as well. We were eating them all the time and now we can't even have one unless it's cooked into something like meatballs or meatloaf Etc. It's a relief for me to hear that it has happened to someone else because everyone we mention it to gives us a strange look. Lol
Yeah! Its been pretty hard at times , I keep trying every few months and it keeps almost getting worse!
I recently found out that I have an IGG/IGA allergy to eggs as well as A1 dairy, all of the grass family and almonds. Funny thing that I learned when people have that type of allergy to eggs they're usually very sensitive to sulfates and sulfites. My symptoms manifested as severe eczema, migraines and IBS. Worth looking into.

Great breakfast ideas. I love 1/2 c Greek yogurt.with 1/4 tsp of banana extract, and 1 T PB2 powder. Mmm.

I struggle with using the premiere protein shakes. I really enjoy the Carmel shake with coffee but part of my journey with ww is eating healthier foods. I have the Fooducate app and scanned the shake and nearly passed out when it scored a D+😱. I’m consuming something that is a D+?!?! No way, I just can’t bring myself to consume it anymore😞. Congratulations on your weight loss! I hope to be there one day! I’m 16#s down🎉
Arent those only 2 points? I drink them for breakfast. Some in my coffee and the rest just drink instead of eating. If its too hot to eat I use it for a meal replacement. I just started so tell Me if this is wrong please! I need to lose 80 lbs.
DragonMama yes! That is correct! They are 2 points. My original comment had to do with the quality of the points or quality of the shake. Along with losing weight with WW I was trying to improve the quality of the food I consume. There is an app called fooducate that you can scan the foods into to see how they score against other foods of the same type

I also have an egg intolerance! I did keto for awhile and ate a lot of eggs. I started getting really horrible migraines and stomach issues, then realized it was the eggs after cutting them out. I still can’t eat them without getting sick. Thanks for the tips!

Yeah Keto did that to me too😕. Keto actually messed up my system more than I realized. Loving ww for the past week. I lost 1.8 pound already praying it keeps trending down. I feel lighter already though:)

Buy a big plain nonfat yogurt add 1 tablespoon of vanilla, some Splenda (I use liquid sucrolose) some cinnamon and you have awesome vanilla yogurt

I just subscribed. Thank you for your helpful tips. Question: When you say "make sure you scan", can you explain? I am assuming you use your smart phone but how do you scan to reveal points? (Technologically challenged!)
Yeah, you can use the WW app on your phone to scan barcodes on foods and it shows you the points! Its so nice!

If you get the Walmart brand buttermilk waffles it’s only 2 for 4 points!!!! They are so good and you get the buttermilk flavor also kidfresh brand is 2 for 4 points also plus you can use spray butter for 0 points I know this is an older video but figured I would pass along the info
