The absolutely worst Undercover Boss episode I ever saw was one where a music store employee had gotten a much better job offer from another music store, and then the boss offered him better pay and, most probably because of the pressure of being in such a TV show, the employee accepted it and stayed... only for the music store to close in a few months anyway, and this employee losing that job anyway. The kicker? He lost the opportunity to get into that other company because the job had already been filled by someone else. Thus, he lost the perfect job opportunity because of the TV show.
(To be fair, the TV show didn't try to hide this. This wasn't some kind of reveal by some third-party. This was shown in the episode itself. I suppose kudos to the show for being honest, but still... that isn't much of a consolation to that guy.)
So this is why joeseph ended up on Do You Think You Can Dance
