The Buy the Smiler shop is located at the ride exit of The Smiler and offers a huge range of Smiler merchandise along with snacks, drinks and sweets. The Smiler on-ride photos can also be purchased at the back of the Smiler shop and guests pass the on-ride photo desk before entering the shop after riding the Smiler.
The Smiler has a huge range of Smiler merchandise ranging from clothing, teddy bears, magnets, cups, puzzles, bedding, stationary, bags and much more.
Buy the Smiler is the best place for fans of the Smiler to purchase Smiler merchandise. The whole shop appears yellow and black with the Smiler store having the largest range of Smiler-themed souvenirs of any of the Alton Towers shops. Buy the Smiler also has a small section dedicated to the Oblivion coaster
The Smiler is a steel roller coaster located at Alton Towers in Staffordshire, United Kingdom. Manufactured by Gerstlauer, it opened in 2013 as the world's first Gerstlauer Infinity Coaster. It is located in the X-Sector area of the Alton Towers. With 14 inversions, The Smiler holds the world record for most inversions on a roller coaster.
X-Sector is one of the themed areas at Alton Towers. The X-Sector area was designed to resemble a futuristic, dystopian industrial complex, with metal structures and ominous sound effects.
X-Sector is home to several of the park's most popular and intense rides, including Oblivion and The Smiler. Oblivion was the first ride to be introduced to X-Sector in 1994 and was the world's first vertical-drop roller coaster. The Smiler, which opened in 2013, holds the world record for the most inversions on a roller coaster, with 14 in total. Oblivion was the world's first B&M dive coaster, while Smiler was the world's first 14-looping roller coaster.
Alton Towers Resort is a world-renowned theme park and resort located in the heart of Staffordshire, England. Having an entire section dedicated to Oblivion in the Smiler themed store is the funniest thing I think I’ve ever seen
I guess it is because Oblivion doesn't have it's own exit store which is a shame

@@RyleeExplains I’m scared but I went to Alton towers yesterday (I managed to go on th13teen and wickerman a few times and some other rides) but I still went down to x sector to see oblivion and the smiler as they’re just so cool and I did buy some stuff from the smiler shop. I also went down to see nemesis reborn and Galactica and I actually worked up the courage to go on Galactica

It's an out of the way shop but has some fantastic merchandise
I love big smiler bear I hug him in bed his name is Mr Smiler I been on the smiler first time
We have a Mr Smiler as well, get lots of hugs in our house, love the smiler ride so we had to get the bear
I finally bought the hoodie with pockets
Fantastic, we were looking at these as well but the kids wanted the new bears that they introduced this year. They got Smiler bear

Do you mean the on ride photos? You can get a day photo pass for £25, that can be used throughout the park to get unlimited digital downloads for your whole family on the day of your visit
Id get so many of these things but idk if they ship international- does anyone know?
We did check, there is no international shipping unfortunately

Yeah there is so much great merchandise, we love the ride trophies, the medals and resins. the PlanIt Park kids love the soft ride teddys as well
