You deserve to get help. You can start by talking to your doctor about it. It doesn’t have to be a psychiatrist. It can be your GP. Also setup a counseling appointment. Keep in mind that finding a good therapist is a bit like finding a good barber - you may have to test out a couple before you find one that works for you.
I personally loved Captain Learning, and I think it's a shame that so many people seemed to hate it, for whatever their reasons might be. Ken Napzok, you are one of my favorite people on the internet, and while everyone has their ups and downs, I think you deserve nothing but success, in everything you do. This was a great 1 on 1. More, please.
I think people wanted that 45 minute breakdown of a trailer or a character that every youtuber does just to get clicks and people couldnt laugh at themselves.

I’ve only met Ken at Star Wars Celebration for like 30 seconds. But he is one of my favourite people in this space. His humour always works for me, and his interests in Star Wars and Game of Thrones are also my interests. I hope we never see him leave this group of people and the CZcams space.

Love this episode! One day I hope to meet you guys. I can never get enough of Ken’s perspective, insight, and humor. Somehow I missed the Captain Learning so I went back to watch them and loved the tone they went for.
I watch Collider for personalities and Schmoedown and not so much what people think about pictures from a superhero movie or a casting for a movie that wont come out in 4 years. The problem is that most fans do and i think thats what Ken doesnt want to be a part which doesnt suit him. I loved Captain Learning but i get it that the views matter. I am so happy that Collider Live is happening and hope it never goes away

Wow, such a powerful interview for me... mid 40's, single, depressed, but finally making a move from a shit job that was killing me inside. I feel so trapped by living paycheck to paycheck and anxious about health insurance and possibly not being able to pay my ever-rising LA rent... but I made the friggin' move which is such a relief and can only hope for the best now. First watched Ken when he debuted over at TV Fights and ever since then he’s become my favourite personality in this space, instantly improves whatever he’s on. These interviews have been class so far as well!
Ken is my favorite! I so appreciate his being open and honest about depression and suicidality. My dissertation focused on how Christians view mental illness and psychotropic medication, so I also appreciate Ken saying he is a person of faith who has experienced depression. Thank you both for these kinds of transparent interviews. I also identify with the fear of taking risks in your creativity, particularly after you have experienced a “failure.” The work of Brene Brown has been particularly helpful to me in that area. Her book Daring Greatly addresses taking those risks, and her book Rising Strong is about getting up when you inevitably get your ass kicked. Anyway, keep up the great work gentlemen.

Maybe I have to thank my late father for my sense of humor and introducing me to spoof comedies. Everything from Airplane to the lesser known Repossessed I can enjoy and find the humor in it.
I hope Ken knows that I like him enough to stay up late a night before I work early to finish watching this. In fact, it didn’t even occur to me to turn it off. Damn I’m at work listening to this and I teared up listening to some of that last few minutes. Never met Ken but Love the guy. People say I am or look depressed... I don’t know...I don’t feel it, never had those feelings of wanting to hurt myself. Maybe say... I stub my toe and I say “ahhhhh Fugde!!..., off me now” (different words are used) is the biggest extent. But I know some people/friends/family... some times it comes up in convo & it scares me for them. Good people. It sucks that it’s a thing. Stay strong. Keep fighting the good fight.
I am shocked by the level of transparent honesty going on in this video. It's only 15k views right now, and i know cat fart videos can get more, but Kristian, please keep this up, in the era we live in people love people being real. If you keep it up with this series per interview you can get to 100k or millions like Joe Rogan. You are a solid interviewer and don't be afraid to let the interview run longer if you have an awesome guest like Ken. Long form interviews are something society is hungry for, if you capitalize on this chance Kristian this series could really be something huge.
