- It's all about killing those creatures as fast as possible. Every one we kill adds to our collection and we use those for the best upgrades. Basically I just use those to make more money than ever before which means more damage and therefore more souls again. Plus every time we prestige we get an earnings multiplier.

As well as boots milestones giving the magnet and other things, I actually managed to well over pass him without spending any money and I do believe he has spent money, well, I know he did as he's playing the steam version which is 5 buckaroos but on the app store its free. There's a thing in the shop to make it so you don't have to watch ads to gain the silver box and double idle earnings idk if he bought that or not but yeah, I somehow passed him lmao though I think I played a bit harder than him heh, haven't finished video yet though, he might pass where I'm at idk
@@deadthybug4646 steam version has no IAP's, you get them with the flat cost to buy the game i guess.
Please buy just a few hundred of every other type of gear, it gives you lots of QoL upgrades. You also get a much bigger afk souls boost from your sword level, so please make sure you at least level that too.
Not to mention coin magnet
He's going to lose his goddamn mind when he discovers the boost upgrades, the magnets, and all the other stuff. XD I also wonder what he'll do when he realizes you can earn other characters too

Also boosting and tapping when fighting the boss enemies kills them faster and doubles the souls
A tip: if you upgrade all of the "clothing" equipment (shield down to ring) to lvl 50, it upgrades the range of the magnet.
*Edit - unlocks an upgrade for the magnet
Another tip is that you can kill the boss faster by spamming spacebar.

Before I reached the gloves. After that it becomes way slower.
Either you spend hours into the game or you'll have to wait a few days to have enough for an upgrade.
And you'll probably then realize that only souls matter. Money is just a way of getting more souls.

If you upgrade your other gears you unlock a boost that turns you into a magnet for coins, so when you're near coins they automatically go towards you. In the bonus level you can get the souls AND all the coins with it

DF, if you want large amounts of souls, go to the castle, save up the 60 Sp for the Glove
then get the archdemon for 250 Oct, (Octillions will come reasonably fast once you have gloves btw)
Archdemons are the giants of the castle, and give 10+ souls for killing them (sometimes like half that can't figure out why), you can basically leave the game running actively for 8 hours and come back to thousands of souls (low thousands, but thousands nonetheless) from the giant demons
granted this means you have to leave the game running, so no other steam games can be open
Hey df I used to play this game over the summer and if you upgrade one of the armor pieces it gives a coin magnet. Very helpful
I cant believe how entertaining watching him play this game has been.
Also I have a suggestion for a game. Tap tycoon, it's pretty much an idle game but it's also kind of old and some aspects can be online, like in groups you get boosts for how many times you win the good mine with your group. Tbh I'm in tye group let's mine and we're nice people, the only exception for being in this group is that you have to mine at least once every two weeks but tbh the boosts are very worth. It can boost them by times 32000 and much much higher, that's just our boost.
Hey DF, wanted to mention that the fourth section of the bonus stage is the easiest if you get the pattern down. Hop through the gap, and full jump over the column and box. It's a completely repetitive section of the stage and only the starting component is random. So if you start with the gap, the pattern is hop-leap-leap repeat. If I don't fail the third section, I can complete every fourth section.

Feels good to be ahead in a game for once
You can upgrade all armor piecies to a certain level and gain upgrades for your magnet. When you get 2 of those you can just stay still in the bonus stages and the coins will come to you. Also if you upgrade your boots to a certain level you unlock an upgrade for your boost which makes it recharge almost twice as fast.

Funny thing I found with this is that you can change your date on either a phone or computer and speed up days to weeks of money and souls

hey been loving the content recently. You could mix between a few games in a video see how many coins you can get in all the 3 clicker games at the same time.
just a couple of things, you can trigger dashing just by right clicking,
spam clicking while fighting a golem (or any monster similar to golems) will kill them faster
the upgrades to the earlier equipment hardly matters for gold gain. but allows you to get upgrades that can help (magnet tier II, III, IV, and V) with armor level 50, helmet level 150, boots level 250, ring level 350 and gloves level 150 respectfully
I decided to watch this while I got money in a different idle game. I have reached idle levels that shouldn't even be possible.

I've been playing this game for over a month, here's a tip
If you continue too buy the boots upgrade it will unlock a upgrade called magnet, that will pull coins and gems towards you, aswell as other boosts for your sprint button, one such example HALVES the cooldown too sprint the other increased its max speed by 20%
the magnet upgrades helps alot for the bonus stage rewards, you dont need to jump to grab all the coins.
Upgrade everything lol. I literally rage at all the weapons not being upgraded
If you upgrade the boots enough you can upgrade your coin magnet range and get all the coins and the souls at the same time in the special portal
I been playing for 4 days i thought i cought up but i underestimated the power of "a few minutes later"
A recommendation is to click when you're fighting the golems to kill them quicker

A tip: If you close game and change day on next (+1), and then open again game. You can speed up a little of progress

Also if your fighting the big guys you can click to create an attack animation that kills them faster.

DF you can unlock more than just cps upgrades when you level up some earlier gear. Boots when upgraded high enough unlock upgrades that make your speed boost cooldown faster, as well as just making the boost move faster. Upgrading the armor and helmet (i think, could also include shield I'm not 100% sure) unlocks more powerful coin magnets so in the bonus stages you won't have to jump to collect all the coins and choose between coins and souls. You seem to have found this already but with ascension upgrades leveling up the sword, knife, and axe can give bonus souls while outside of the game. It's also usually worth leveling up earlier items as long as it doesn't cut into your current cash on hand for example if 50 upgrades for the book costs you 7 trillion coins as long as your current total coins is in the quadrillions it's always worth buying the upgrades and the book 100% bonus cps upgrade, even mosquito are meat and that little fraction of your money you spent will be recouped in a second with the higher level equipment, while the upgraded book won't make a ton of extra money but every little bit helps, not to mention leveling up equipment unlocks achievements which with certain upgrades gives more cps.

You can click to attack the golems faster. It does a three hit combo that kills them instead of needing 4 auto hits.
If you get most to lvl 300 you get more magnetic bonuses so on bonus lvl you dont have to jump to get coins it helps
Hey df I downloaded the game and if you press jump while you are attacking a golem you make a lot more damage and there is an epic animation

If you go to option search for accesibility and enable rounded bulk buy, instead of buying 10 upgrades when you selc to buy 10, in will upgrede to get exactly 20, 20, 30, and so on. So, if you select 50, it's basically a next level button. If you select "Use scientific notification" you get an achivement

if you buy 200 to 250 upgrades from clothing as others have said you upgrade your magnet massively 3 times I think also btw some stuff gets big boosts the further you upgrade till level 250 I believe the best being the shield with a 3000% bonus
I love how DF finds out that the other items are useful to upgrade to higher levels, but still leaves them at like level 2 or 3
Hey df, I highly recommend you pump some levels into your boots and chest, with boots you get faster boosts and chest unlocks better magnets so in bonus stages you don't miss anything.
With the boots upgrade and the one that lets coins reduce your cooldown, you can basically boost constantly.

Click during the Golem fights! Trust me.
Edit: Also, DF, the mechanics behind the portals are based on cycles (excluding the Bonus Stage), not a particular pattern. You have a chance to unlock a new area as part of the cycle (as long as that place is not required to be unlocked through SP. Also, once going through the portal, you will never go to the same place you just left from.
I would like to mention that in terms of idle games, Antimatter Dimensions is probably the one that had the biggest numbers. It's not very exciting in terms of gameplay but the first step gets you to 2^(1024)
Just an FYI the silver boxes you can grab when you have had the game closed for a little while, the boxes stack. I'm currently at 48 boxes and not sure when I want to collect. Thought you'd like that idea DF. Take care
Hey DF, just a tip for you, you have bought the ascendant bonus for 2x coins when you pick them up while boosting. You have around the same skills I do on the page. So here's the tip, boosting not only gives you 2x coins per pickup, but they also double the souls gained as well. Just tested myself and a pack of 8 bees only gave 3088 souls without boost, but 6196 while boosted

Space is jump. Shift is boost. Using those will make upgrading as you play way easier.
when you kill golems you can tap to kill them fast and doing that gives you more souls

You need to start using the buy all option for the upgrades, There is achievements for buying upto 150 upgrades at once. Achievements add up quick and there is alot of good upgrades that rely on them.
If you click while fighting hills golem it does an attack animation and more dmg.
DF for the Slayer point upgrades on the left side of the tree you can get Dagger Edge it gives a % of souls for every dagger lvl while game is closed and down middle of tree look for Axe Edge same thing but for axe lvl, lvl the crap out of them all the time so when you leave game you will come back to loads of souls, there are other Edge upgrades find them all lol
