    Check out Nature's Gift 99.9% dimethyl sulfoxide liquid in the glass bottle ❤ Foods also high in sulfur are oysters, salmon, onions, garlic, and cruciferous vegetables. Thank you for this video, and stay blessed, Rebekah! 🙂

    I’m really enjoying your videos. You are a breath of fresh air. You obviously have studied so much on these topics (also have unfortunately been through a lot, so first hand experience ). You seem to really be getting to the root causes & then able to explain to us how to heal. God bless you for what you’re doing. It’s more than all these “doctors” out there.

      @@rebekahheishman-tailoredke8939 Hi Rebekah, thanks for this video! I recently found another video (a Q&A) from abt a year ago and wondered IYO would someone who is having issues eating fat/having reflux/ possible gastritis be ok with eating the TerraSoul cacao butter you mention? I need to gain weight but am having trouble eating enough/possibly not tolerating fat and dealing with reflux, digestive issues, etc. I also seem sensitive to things but am encouraged you said in that video, you have not had anyone have issues with that product? Is this still the case? Should someone who can have reflux at bedtime and digestive issues, be ok eating just before bed as I understood eating should be done away from bed? Thanks so much!

    I had a patch of eczema on my foot for the whole first year that I was carnivore, it went away when I stopped losing weight :)

    I am definitely one of those people who doesn’t go #2 for days and I don’t even notice it lol. My normal is probably once every 3-4 days. What would you recommend for that? I’m not uncomfortable in any way, but I do still have eczema on my hand that I want to heal.

      I would first want to dial in your fat to protein ratio and electrolytes. I have a couple different methods of helping others to get the bowels moving once those other bases are covered.

    Does raw dairy also provide an inflamatory respones?
    That may be the missing piece (re inflamation) .. completely cutting out dairy.

    Does eating too much protein really cause inflammation? If you are on carnivore, that is basically all you eat and carnivore is an uninflammatory diet?

    • @rebekahheishman-tailoredke8939
      @rebekahheishman-tailoredke8939  Před měsícem +1

      Eating sufficient protein doesn't cause inflammation. Eating high protein actually helps to tonify the kidneys.

    I’ve been carnivore for 6 months but I don’t think I’m fat adapted. I can hardly tolerate high fat. Makes me nauseous and turns me off. Have you seen that before? Anything you recommend?

    • @leeboss373
      @leeboss373 Před měsícem +1

      I believe it’s actually the increase in bile that makes people feel 🤢 apparently it gets better over time, as you get fat adapted. Maybe try egg yolks and I can recommend lamb fat trimmings 75% fat 35% lamb. Taste pretty good.
      Check out Rebekah’s fat adapted video.

    Hi Rebekah,
    I still suffer from rosacea after being carnivore for 15 months. It seems to get worse. I eat a lot of saturated fat and too much protein is causing a lot of inflammation. It also makes me feel extremely exhausted. The last few days I have been experiencing a lot of pain in my knees and upper legs. I think my kidneys are failing me as my urine is very foamy.
    Hope you can help😘

      I didn’t have rosacea until I went carnivore😢 Found through watching Rebekah’s videos that I have histamine intolerance, I also have a problem with pork (love pork😅)
      I was also eating way too much protein and no way near enough fat, I get extra beef fat and lamb fat trimmings now. Lamb fat trimmings has become a big part of my diet, taste pretty good too.

      @@leeboss373 Good for you. I have tried it all let me tell you. I am currently on 50 grams of protein and three times that in fat. I am super sensitive to beef actually and so much more. I mostly rely of pork, chicken and lard. Even salmon is a trigger. My body is super acidic so that explains all the joint pain and kidney and liver distress. I might have to look into turning my body less acidic. Any tips would be very welcome😊

      Sounds like you’re likely histamine intolerant if you’re sensitive to beef, do you get hay fever?
      I have all the same symptoms as you, pain in legs and joints, rosacea etc which seem to be from eating pork and histamine intolerance. I’d likely be the same on chicken too as they feed chickens soy. It gets in the meat because they’re not ruminants.
      Sounds to me like a lamb only diet for the both of us, maybe able to have eggs? I’m having eggs at the moment but judging by the way things have gone so far I’ll probably have to give them up too.

    Dairy trips people up and can be super inflammatory?! Isn’t that a convenient af considering it’s the best source of animal derived fats.
