Hey girl! It's me again, your new subscriber 😆😆😆. Thanks for covering part 2. This is a good example of double standards in society. Being a woman literally have a lot of restrictions, the way you walk, the way you talk, the way you handle yourself in public. If there are allegations against a woman, the first question would be "why". Goo hara is one of the kpop idol that I supported. I'm not really a fan of her group, I'm just a fan of her. I always watched episodes of tv shows where she is a guest. She's competitive , strong and very bubbly. I love her for her smile. RIP to goo hara. I hope she would find peace wherever she is now. Thank you for covering part 2. I hope to see part 3 after this. Stephanie is one of the best storyteller and rotten mango is one of the best channels for true crime. I saw you also reacted to sewol ferry incident, I'm gonna check it later. I hope you can cover rotten Mango's story about Kris Wu as well, he's a former member of exo. God bless and keep safe ❤❤❤.

Jongbum's lawyer and the judge in Hara's case is the most unhinged legal professionals I have ever encountered. Oh well I guess that's to be expected given South Korea's culture regarding victim blaming especially when the victim is a woman. They still live in this Joseon-era mindset where men's wrongdoings can be justified in the eyes of the law.
Everyone might see South Korea as modern and flashy and progressive of a country but deep within the society very little has changed in terms of how people think regarding some societal issues. Just look at our beloved KPop lady idols. Was there life really worth being wasted for something in the society to change or have a reformation at the bare minimum? My goodness! Why should someone's life esp of a woman needed to be wastefully sacrificed just for the law to realize how little to none have they done for these victims? Honestly Ashley C, this is so infuriating. And even I as a legal professional myself (not in Korea though) everything in this case is a slap in Hara and Sulli's faces. And even posthumously they are still being disgraced and insulted and was never let by these delooloo tr0lls have their well deserved rest even in the afterlife.
Meanwhile these literal KPop male idols of a felon is still loved and glorified and even worst is defended by the same group of people who harassed Hara and Sulli back then. Isn't this a crazy world that we live in? What do you think?
How much more does the society needed to make up laws and strengthen the punishment to V.A.W. and women who are stuck with gaslighterist kind of a partner (regardless of gender). How much more life shall be wasted by these demonic tr0lls whom I will bet with my own life have no life at all beyond tr0lling celebrities and people they dislike because they don't do as told and just wanted to live their lives independently? This case is so draining needless to say.
Sorry for the long comment but as much as I don't wanna sound like yapping I hope I made sense in some of the minds of these delooloo tr0lls.

Oh i don’t mind your long comment at all. It is really infuriating and i understand your frustration 10000%. Its even frustrating sitting there and listening to everything when i react to these videos, honestly have to try & keep my emotions in check so i dont go off.
Sigh, i hope women’s voices will be heard. We all deserve that 💐🫶🏾

Wow! I'm so surprised that you already have a reaction video on the part 2.
Honestly I personally prefer Stephanie's investigative podcast of the case compare to the BBC documentary because it seems like BBC held back a little bit and tried to keep it very professional because afterall they are a media and news company. And I think as much as they wanted to expose more of the shadiness of the whole ordeal they only did a portion of it compare to Stephanie Soo.
I hope you would also react on the last part of the Burning Sun case which Steph also uploaded too like almost a month ago.
But just to let you know the verdict on the case is indeed an injustice to most of the casualties of this heinous acts done by the men involved. They got a slap on their wrist and a kiss on their arse and some blind fans and tr0lls still kept on defending them despite knowing all the atrocious and abominable things that they have done.
All the love from the Philippines and more powers to you and your channel. 😘🥰😍

no bbc and other mainstream media’s never report the full truth/story of cases, this is how the media works sadly :/ it’s usually crime podcast/ytubers like stephanie who tell everything from cases.

i know this is kinda unrelated but also related a bit since i know youre a army if you havent heard/reacted yet to bts ugh lyrics or iu eight music video or the two explained videos by dkdktv you should check those out the lyrics to ugh and eight and the explained videos both kinda connect to not the burning sun but to hara and sulli's treatment/idols in general. id say after wrapping up this horrible series not rotten mango but about the burning sun ugh and eight can be a more positive ending since there really is no ending to this whole thing.
i wasnt sure how to type this because it does kinda have to do with a part of this but also may be slightly inappropriate idk i think the songs meanings are important in context so hope you understand why i wrote it here. :)
oh also agust d snooze theres a fanmade mv by the channel elisssa with eng captions i think its a good things for the other idols to have these songs to look at.

You are 100% right. I've watched the mv for all of these and I'm familiar with the stories as well but even then, thank you for commenting since other people can learn and have the opportunity to do a little deep dive on these as well! :) also, Snooze is my fav song off Yoongi's album!!

i can understand some of the complains the haters had, of some of the things the girls did, but i don’t agree at all with how they commented on it and how they brought it up, like yea i don’t like when girls wear no bra and show their nipples because it’s a bit uncomfortable and i always think that people should keep intimate things private and not show to everyone, but i would never hate on a woman like that because of it, i would just say i don’t think it’s appropriate, but not hate her for it, those haters were insane
Goo Hara’s hate was the most insane and unreasonable i will say, like she got hated on for not doing anything, or that episode where she “threw” the bottle, and everyone said she was the dramatic one, that was so unnecessary for the haters to comment on her that show
