  • I spent a week in Seoul at the brand new Four Seasons Seoul (www.fourseasons.com/seoul). The luxury hotel is in the city's Gwanghwamun area, offering a more local experience than the hotels in Gangnam. This is a video tour of my beautiful Executive Suite on the hotel's 19th floor. Read about my stay in Business Traveler USA magazine.

    I have stayed this hotel once. This is really an amazing hotel. Stayed on 27th floor and gave me an overwhelming view. Staffs were so nice. Such a nice hotel.

      Very cool. I didn't make it to the spa but I did go to the indoor golf range, did you try that? I also loved that food market area.

      Check their website for the current price. A basic room is about $400 a night, this suite is around $1,200 per night.

      Interesting question, I doubt they are. It does have a Presidential suite and there is a chance the windows of that suite are.

    which hotel has a better location for shopping and tour sites, four seasons or lotte hotel?

    • @FreddySherman
      @FreddySherman  Před 5 lety +1

      Probably Lotte, but just by a little bit. It's in Myeongdong and Four Seasons is in Gwanghwamun. I would look on a map based on things you want to see but overall Lotte is probably more central.

      Luxury Fred The room is Executive Suite with City View I guess. I stayed at Palace View Executive Suite, its official price was 1000000 Korean Won +10% tax . So I guess this room might be 7500000 Korean Won. Have you ever tried Sauna there? It's the BEST Sauna in Seoul. Much better than other luxury hotels in Seoul.

    South Korea had a Seoul, North Korea lacks a Seoul, and this hotel is so full of Seoul.

    I don't know if it the weather, but Seoul seems like a really bland city. Unlike Tokyo, Hong Kong or Kyoto

    • @FreddySherman
      @FreddySherman  Před 7 lety +1

      I agree it's different from those cities but has its own, unique vibe and energy. It's just more spread out. I've never been to Kyoto but I think it was similar to Tokyo. Definitely not as wild and loose as Hong Kong and with less expats than HK.
