    Sammy the conversation about being present when you are eating by actually looking at it,thinking about chewing your food for longer & being conscious of texture are so simple but like many im sure ive never even thought about it.. being more present with my food will stay with me.Thank you! Brett you are amazing as ever gifting this kind of knowledge & love you to bits mate💚🧡

      Thank you for the lovely comment and yea being mindful whilst eating can really change your choices in the long term. I recommend trying it once a week to start with, and see if it can become an embedded practice 💚🙏
