There was again this "flipping to the side" effect. Can you control that somehow? As it may be a way to flip the robot right side up.
The weapon is driven by an internal gearbox that turns the motor 90 degrees. This means there is some internal spinning mass with a horizontal axis, so Maximizer can behave like it has a small vertical spinner in certain circumstances.
Hitting weapon to weapon upsidedown can't possibly go well for a undercutter
