      - Around 80gm protein
      - 7-8hrs of sleep
      - Same calories as I was taking before joining the gym that's why it worked as calorie deficit because I used to burn 200-300 calories
      - Focusing on quality exercises than quantity

    It's been 4 months, I've gained 5 kg of pure muscle in currently 81. Everything he said is 100% true. I took 3 gm of protien per kg. 4 days of cardio and abs is must for fat loss and core strength.

      ​@@rahulvinaykumar4277 no it not ayou need to get 1.5grams protien per kg to maximize from animal sources if you eatin70grams protien means your body getting only 40grams protien very low also vegetarian needs 20-30grams extra protien due to less bv a per 60kg eating 120grams protien from animal sources another person consuming 120grams protien from plant source 60kg if you want to get same result as animal protien you have to add 40percent more protien cuase plant protien have only bv 60percent means you should consume 170grams plant protien=120grams animal protien

      That’s wayyyy too much. Tbh 1.5~2 grams/kg is sufficient for muscle building and losing fat simultaneously.

      @@MforM__717 Multiple studies have proven that for individuals who work out regularly, 0.82g protein per pound of your body weight is adequate. In Kg it would be 1.8g protein per kg of your body weight. Anything more than that is unnecessary.

      First have to calculate your body fat % and then subtract it from your total body weight the number you will get is your "fat free body mass" and now multiply it by 3. That is the total g of protein you have to eat in a day if you have to do body recomposition
