- Welcome to another episode in Denizli on our first day, were we are taking the local bus to explore the city centre of Denizli. While we were looking for a place to have lunch, we found the oldest Kebab restaurant in town. We met the restaurant owners and the master chef and had a great time at Hüsamettin Usta Kocabayalar Kebab Salonu (maps.app.goo.g...)

Helva is made of tahini paste (sesame seed) and sugar. Not like a snickers bar at all, maybe a 3 musketeers without the chocolate…..lol! The handsome young Man did a great job trying to communicate with you at the restaurant. Very nice people. Regards from U.S.A.!
