- Welcome to another episode in Turkey, Denizli, where we meet a Turkish woman who introduces us to a unique traditional dish called Lahmacun, a Middle Eastern flatbread and meat dish. It consists of a flatbread topped with minced meat, minced vegetables, and herbs, including onions, garlic, tomatoes, red peppers, and parsley, flavoured with spices such as chilli pepper and paprika, and then baked. The local restaurant we went to is called Tugra Dürüm and located in Denizli.

For people who come to Turkey from abroad, the prices may seem reasonable, but the cost of living for the citizens of this country is very expensive due to the high cost of fuel and high taxes.
We have definitely experienced that as they get paid about 8-10 times less then ireland. its insane! I feel there struggles!
