Very informative! Is the long strip connected to the main controls piece or could the main control piece come out first? Also should I disconnect the battery first? Thanks

These are very annoying to refit. However I would say refit everything onto dash trim and then from passenger side work slowly in by firmly pressing.

Do you know the location of a
Flap actuator that controls heating and ac air

Would be behind glove box if it’s the unit I’m thinking of.

Hi, do you know the head unit part number for a X1 2018/19?

Hi there's a possibility of 5-6 different headunits. Email me your VIN and I can help you narrow it down.

This video , not helping much, how you disconnect the radio ? Need to take the centre console out? Because there is no space and harness very short?

I would require to remove my X1 head unit but I find it difficult to take it off by hand. It is the same interface as yours one. But still I feel like I am forcing it while trying to remove. I need your cordial help. I would appreciate if you may have a chance to reply me in email or FaceTime. Thank you so much 🙏🏻
