Blank screen normally check steps 1) remove all external kits like USB drive , or SD card or other device that hooked to android screen first , then restart the car ; if not help, 2) can use a needle to press the “ reset button” button, normally the screen design the reset button , if not help 3) better contact your supplier to see if any software update can fix it , 4) if your supplier can not help , 5) you can also check yourself, like this video I made : czcams.com/video/bTWFqROwuVc/video.htmlsi=XNFVhYw40hCKDlEB

Is there another way to get Apple CarPlay but play sound through the original Bluetooth? I have a 2013 E92 with CIC, and the sound through Bluetooth sounds so much better than through aux.
You can consider the Linux screen, the android screen can not use original Bluetooth

The car with or without optical fiber has nothing to do with the sound of android screen, the Android screen, its sound work by AUX , it have two ways : 1) the sound transfer by big power cable ( we call internal transfer) , in that case , although you don’t connect the AUX cable to AUX jack , it also have sound , some cars like NBT cars , it just work like that , but some older cars like CCC or CIC , it might require you to connect the AUX cable to AUX jack, but this has nothing to do with your optical fiber cable, the car with optical fiber cable normally with external amplifier, that kind of car have better on sound effects.

hello everybody my quetion in my originale car bmw x3 2014 havoe no optical fiber cable,and now i did instalted the new display but have no sound but evrything its instaled good the came rare function but have sound when you use it.
You can check : if the original radio have sound or not ; also connect the AUX cable , choose AUX in original menu before using the Android screen
I did everything in this video but when i play CZcams on new head unit through aux it plays for a few seconds and then my car oem menu automatically switches to “music collection “ on its own and no sound.
It need to know the car model and year of production and also need to the android screen you installed …. They are different

hello! i had connected a new head unit and i only get sound from the speaker behind the head unit, no sound from the doors or tweeters, how can i fix?
Is the Gnd to Gnd cable required for the EVO version as well?
I can’t get any sound working. It’s all wired correctly except for the ground cable if that’s what is needed.
It is need to connect the ground cable , but it all not work , that is other reason , the ground cable can cancel the noise. That is just only one reason , you can check the optical cable movement, and the USB/ AUX adapter connection

I bought this product but until recently I was able to install it, I wanted to ask a question, sound, calls, music and map work very well for me, the problem I have is that when I turn on the car the screen starts and approximately 2 turns off and then turns off It turns on after a minute and then turns off between 23 and 25. After I have reviewed the manual and configuration and I can't find anything, any help or how I ask the manufacturer

hi, I have a 2013 F31 under NBT, I installed an Android screen on it, I did the optical fiber bypass, but I don't have any sound via the Android screen, I don't have no sound either when I plug in aux via aux under the armrest, I need the USB audio aux adapter do you think? Otherwise what is the problem...?

2013 model is NBT , the sound work by AUX , not by USB audio ( only EVO by USB/ AUX adapter) .

It need have Aux , if not , no sound . You can ask your local service to add the aux for you

I have a strange problem with my aftermarket evo headunitś sound , its working only when the engine is on , when I turn the engine off sound goes totally off , even when I turn to the original unit . Any adivse is very appreciated 🙏
I have sound but my screen isn't coming on after install.
I have the harness with the AUX cable and the ground cable, i havent connected the ground cable to anything and i have no sounds. But in the idrive when i choose AUX i cant change the volume, it doesn't go up or down, is this because i havent conected 5he ground vsble to the usb?
you can check: if the car has optical fiber in original harness or not, if it has, you should move it to new harness. when the aux cable have ground cable, you should connect that ground cable.

@@rafapaszkowski6632 this video talking the MMI BOX (CARPLAY BOX) , if you connect the AUX cable, and found there is no sound, in that case, you should connect the ground cable (in the power cable) to "GND" cable (which from USB harnesss ). still not clear?

i don't your car model, if the car is CCC, CIC, it need to connect it, if the NBT, it is ok not connect it, if EVO cars, it need to connect the USB/AUX cable (on the back of head unit), some other seller's products, for EVO, it connect the USB/AUX adapter..@@AmZian2

It not work like that , the sound work through AUX , just connect physical AUX would be fine .

HUD is OEM function , you need access to original menu to use it , if in original menu not work , you can check if the optical fiber cable movement, to check when you moved to new power cable , the optical cable direction correct or not , normal it is upside down then have this problem ,

You just notice two points: 1, move to crrect spot, 2) notice the direction of optical fiber cable... my videos always talk "in details" , that way, people can do it themself.

@@robpabon3608 please check with your supplier, since it need to check in details (connection, settings and your software MCU version etc), that is impossible to know the reasons by review your message here.

Guys, I found the issue. In android car settings, remove T-Link app from „Default Navigation App”. You can’t actually de-select it, so just choose something else, I selected „photos” randomly. Now I can hear caller through car speakers using carplay
T-link ? In the default navigation apps, most of time is google maps . Why the “ T-link “ in the navigation app list ? Sorry I don’t clear, maybe your model is different to the one we selling .
